Chapter 26 - Hope to Get Some Clarity

Twitch's PoV
I walked through the forest with my team.  The trees are tall and sturdy.  Shrubs decorate at the bottom.  Feels like home.  Yes, home, a home that I can never go back again.

"Twitch..."

Spike's voice startled me.  "Eh? Yes?"

Spike touched my shoulder, "I know you miss our old home, but we can't go back there anymore."

I sighed.  Spike is right.

"But at least we're still together."

My mood immediately changed.  I glared at Spike.  "Yeah, we're still together! All of us including Shadow Master. Why we have to meet him again? I'm tired of seeing him all the time!"

"Hehe... me too, Twitch!"

We continued walking through the forest.

"Wow, what a beautiful flower!"  Spike exclaimed.

I stopped and turned in the direction Spike was pointing. It's true!  There was a reddish-pink flower among the striking green foliage.

"Wow, yes! That's beautiful!"  I exclaimed.

"Hey, why are you guys standing there?"  Candy exclaimed suddenly.  Candy is Felina's roommate. She's a white fox.

"Wow, that's a Lovaliria!"  Candy exclaimed.

"What?"  I asked.

"Lovaliria! That flower's name is Lovaliria."  Candy said firmly.  "The myth says that whoever manages to pick the flower right from the nature will find true love."

"Eh, is that true?!"  I exclaimed with wide eyes.

"Myth, Twitch! The truth is uncertain." Replied Candy.

But I didn't listen.  I really like Liona. For me, she is beautiful, kind, and smart.  But I'm not sure that Liona has the same feeling.  Especially every time I see her close to Paddle Pop.  With that flower, i hope that i can get some clarity on all this.

So without thinking again, i run towards into that flower.

"Twitch, don't! There's-"

"HUWAAAA!!!!... ITCHYYYYY!!!!"

Instantly my whole body got itch.

Ugh, what's happen?

"Twitch..."

I saw Spike wants to approach to me.  But Candy stopped him immediately.

"Don't, Spike! There's a Posioneaf over there, those striking color's leaves, it can cause itching if your skin get contact with it."  Said Candy.

I looked around me and realized that I was being "surrounded" by the plant.

"Twitch, hold on for a while!" Said Candy.

Candy then twisted her palms. A few minutes later, a light blue energy ball-shaped appeared between her palms.  Candy then pushed the energy ball-shaped towards me.  When the energy nearly hit me, it shattered into flakes of energy.  The flakes then spread throughout my body forming a shield.

"Well, now at least you won't get itch any more from getting contact by that leaf again, my shield will protect you." Said Candy. She did have the power to create shield.

I walked slowly towards them.

"Thanks, Candy!"  I said after being near them.  "But... I'm still itching."

"Your itching won't go away if you don't treat it."  Replied Candy.  "We'd better go back."

"Uuh, we can't explore the forest!"

"Yeah, what else we can do, Spike!"

Third PoV
When Twitch, Spike, and Candy leave, a blue butterfly perchs on the Lovaliria.  At the center of the flower, there is no light at all.  Looks like an ordinary flower
