I have got to calm DOWN, thought Wilhelm, as he walked back to his room.
He had never felt this pull towards someone else in his life. Seeing the fear in Simon's eyes at the prospect of meeting his family and being interviewed was just agonizing for him. Like Simon had said that night at his house, the last thing he ever wanted was for his sexuality to be what defined him. And after this interview, that was absolutely what was going to define him, for a good while.
Ugh, Wilhelm groaned inwardly. What a nightmare.
Thankfully, it'd only be 2 days.
