Q-Quirkless...?

(Izuku POV)

My name is Izuku Midoriya. In other words, i'm Egao. Yes, the number 1 vigilante. Everyone thought of me as a mystery. No one knew who I was, how I looked like, or what my quirk was and personally I'd like to keep it that way. People often assumed my quirk was a speed, strength, or analyzing kind of quirk. Those were really just natural abilities. I've trained a lot in my life, and i've always been a great analyzer from the start. It's nearly impossible to guess my "quirk". That's because i'm quirkless. Bent out and pushed away by society. No one ever cared. Who would care for a quirkless boy like me?

I wasn't always this way. How exactly did I end up like this? Your answer? A word. Just one small word. Quirkless. Who would have thought a word could change a person's entire life. One thing for sure is it's possible. Life wasn't easy like most people's. Life isn't fair. It never was from the start. Especially for Izuku Midoriya. Who would have thought my life as once the "useless deku aka worthless Izuku Midoriya" would end up like this? 

It started on the day... The day that changed my whole life. It was going to be the most greatest day of my life. Instead, it turned out to be the worst. Like any kid's dream I hoped to become a great aspiring hero. Just like my idol, All Might. I tried so hard to accomplish my dream. Keyword: "tried". No one ever believed I would become a hero. It was the day I was ready to hear what quirk I would get. It was that day that changed my entire life. 

- Some Years Ago -

(4 Year Old Izuku POV)

"Mommy! Daddy! I can't wait to find out what quirk I get!" I yelled jumping up and down in excitement.

"Hey, what quirk do you want, Izuku? Mine or your mommy's quirk?" My father, Hisashi said as he was picking me up.

"Hmm I wanna get Daddy's quirk!" I said happily, giving him a huge smile.

My father's quirk was the ability to breathe fire. My mother's quirk was a float related quirk. She can float objects closer to her. From the two quirks I wanted my father's since I thought it seemed like a really cool quirk.

"Hear that honey? He wants my quirk!" Said Hisashi teasing Inko from the other side of the room

"Well, I think that's great! As long as my Izuku is happy it doesn't matter which quirk he gets" Inko said with a chuckle and a smile.

I still couldn't believe it was time for me to get a quirk! I'm gonna be a hero just like All Might!

- Timeskip to the doctor's office - 

"It's not gonna happen kid" Stated the doctor in a firm voice.

"H-huh? What do you mean?" Inko asked clearly not understanding what the doctor meant.

"He's quirkless..." He said.

Me and mommy were shocked. I was heartbroken. I didn't know what I should think. My heart stopped beating. It was like the scariest moment I ever had in my life till then. It felt as though I was falling into an endless void. I started crying right then and there on the seat I was sitting on. The doctor got up and patted my back for a second and then walked away.

"You have to face reality kid" The doctor said as he walked out.

Me and mommy were in the car. Mommy was driving us back home. The whole car ride was silent. I could understand why though, I don't think anyone would wanna talk right now in this situation. It felt weird like there was some kind of weight on my shoulders. It gave me a chill down my spine just listening to the complete silence. I didn't like it much. I thought maybe it would help to break the silence.
