this is one of my newer drafts, like from a week ago lmao.
You were a goddess, one that most people worshipped, in order to get something they wanted in return, all they had to do was to believe in you. But sometimes, that was not so easy, but you had one very very loyal believer.
His name was Josh Johnson.
If you were an mortal, you'd be about his age, and since that was one thing you two had in common, you started to fall for him, a mortal, out of all people, was it because he was so loyal to you? or was it his warm personality? You weren't sure.
You heard him one night, worshipping you by reading a book that was about you. "Y/N, you look so beautiful in these photos, He said. Your face went from (your skin tone) to red, no longer showing your skin tone anymore, as a goddess, that happened, your face literally changing color based on your feelings.
You decided to give him a proper visit, in-person. Most of his classmates didn't believe in y/n l/n, that goddess in the stories, thinking y/n was simply a legend.
which was completely false.
As you stepped in to the mortal world, you mentally prepared yourself when you entered his room, his eyes widened.
"y-y/n? you actually exist? i mean, i believed in you but-"
"Mhm, i am indeed, most loyal believer, I want to... thank you."
You softly smiled, sitting on his bed, feeling his heart beat in nervousness, was it his attraction towards you or just the fact his god was in person?
You leaned in, before kissing his lips, noticing he kissed back in an passionate way.
