UA student Itami Hiroki was living outside of himself. Sure he went to the top school but it felt like he was only doing it for other people and not for himself. He owned a powerful, yet dangerous quirk. He didn't feel like any hero or a villain. It annoyed him how much he get recognized.

He then made the man pass out seeing that all the man had was genuine fear. Too bad his life was ended by the high school killer.

Hiroki's quirk was called Torture. Any negative emotions from other people or darkness he can control and turn them into whatever he wants. The more fear or negativity he can feed off of the more powerful he becomes. Sucking the fear out of that man only made him a target for the LOV. Getting kidnapped and joining a group of villains was never in his plans.

"So what will it be? Do you want to join us? Or remain as a prisoner of your own mind?"

"Fine, I'll join you."

Most of all becoming a traitor to everyone he ever knew. Including himself.

"Itami! Don't do this! They're evil! This can destroy the world!"
"Heh, aren't we all, Izuku? With his device, there doesn't have to be heroes or villains anymore. It'll erase everything that we've done Being one and the same! Isn't this what you wanted!?"
