Okay, so I'm not even going to try to explain my gender, but my pronouns are he/they + some neos. I'm roughly 5'7 (173 cm), I have light brown hair and greenish-blue eyes that don't even work properly. I usually wear a hoodie, jeans, a beanie, and some old Nikes. And by NO MEANS am I what my society deems "the perfect size".

And Y/n is supposed to be the reader, right? That's what "Y/n" stands for, "Your Name"!

So why in the FUCK are they all SIZE 2 4'11 (125 cm) CIS WHITE FEMALES, with BLONDE HAIR, BLUE EYES with PERFECT EYESIGHT, and dressed OVERLY FEMININE?! I'm not saying there's anything wrong with actually being/looking like that, but expecting all of your readers to look like what Americans think is "the perfect girl" is just plain wrong.

Also, why do all of the authors of these stories put so much emphasis on Y/n using she/her pronouns? Like, why? Why can't we have a they/them, he/him, xe/xem, it/it's, e/ey, ve/ver, ze/hir, zie/hir (or any combination of the above/any others I missed) Y/n?! Or a Y/n with (object) neopronouns?! Pronouns don't equal gender!

Have a good day/night/afternoon.
