The ice hashira and earth hashira have been in a heathy relationship for nearly 3 whole years,it was well own by the other hashiras and by the master.They where all supporting of the relationship but teased them about it a certain times.

"Sweetheart do you want to go into town?" Douma asked as he cleaned his blade of demon blood that stained the metal from his last mission.His lover was practicing his breathing technique so he could get stronger and faster with using the technique."Yeah but we have to stay in our uniform!" Akaza was stickler for the rules no matter what which surprised everyone when he allowed a demon to live.The blond hummed in reply,watching the other continue to train

Both demon slayers where wondering around the brightly lit town.The streets were crowded and extremely loud but it didn't bother the couple in stead they walked over to a mochi stand.Douma got some Sakura mochi where as Akaza got some chocolate mochi that they would quickly eat.Once they finished the mochi the blond was dragging the other hashira around to different stalls to by more food.The earth hashira was annoyed at the fact that he was being dragged around but he was happy to see his lover happy and enjoying himself.

Akaza noticed a guy that was following them around,at first he didn't think much of it but after a while it was obvious that the man was following them."Darling can you get me some more mochi?" Douma asked the other male who complied and went to buy more mochi.The blond heard footsteps behind him,his hand placed on the hilt of his sword.He turned to see a man who seemed to be in his late thirty's,had black hair,grey eyes,tanned skin and his outfit was just a plain dark blue yakuta."Is there anything I can help you with sir?"He asked politely but clearly wanted to leave,"I'm just wondering what a pretty face is doing with that pink and black haired eyesore," the man replied,pointing at Akaza who was having a conversation with someone he knew.Douma's grip on the hilt of his blade tightened,the urge to murder the man right then and there was tempting but he held himself back.The ravenette's eyes flickered to the sword hilt and cocked a smirk,"That's a nice sword but if you'd come with me then you'd have no need for such violent things," the blond wanted to throw up right then and there.
"Pardon me sir but that so called 'eyesore' happens to be my wonderful boyfriend now I must request that you leave me alone," Rainbow eyes burned holes into the other's soul but he didn't seem to care that the blond was taken or that he wasn't interested in cheating.But he wasn't backing off despite being told to do so politely.

Rengoku noticed the Ice hashira clearly being disturbed by another man,he poked his friend then pointed to the other hashira."Don't do anything stupid," The blond said as he watched the multi-coloured haired male grab the hilt of his sword."I'm gonna beat the shit out of him!" Akaza said as he walked over,pure anger leading him.

A hand grasped the man's shoulder,he turned to see the earth hashira who had clear irk marks on his forehead."Get the fuck away from my boyfriend before I break your fucking neck like a twig!" Akaza warmed and the man dashed off,obviously wanting to keep his life.
Douma kissed his lover's cheek,smiling happily before waving to the flame hashira who was extremely nervous."Thank you sweetheart," the blond held his lover's hand as they both walked back to the demon slayer corps.Rengoku following behind them,absolutely terrified of Akaza.
