Monster High Creature Island

Chapter 3

Frankie was on her way out the door when she found a package outside her door. She picked up the package and carried it inside. Taking a look at the box she found a note saying, "from Cleo". At this point she was excited. She had been wanting a present for a while now and now she had one. She opened up the box and was surprised about what she saw. It was a giganotosaurus toy with a bit of a mismatched appearance, "like me", she thought. She took it out of the box. It was manly red and orange in color, with the colors giving it a fire like pattern, but it also had a tooth that looked like it came from another toy, yellow and red skin bits, a yellow arm, end of tail, and foot. Looking at it she saw that it's eye's could glow and that it had a button on the beginning of it's tail. When I pushed it, the toy's eyes glowed bright yellow and it's head bent back and the toy roared. I also saw that it had black pupils. It also had screws in it's neck, just like me. "Dang Cleo out did herself to make this for me, because this is awesome", I thought. Looking closer at it I saw a small piece of paper in a crack in it's plastic skin. I pulled it out and read it to myself.

"Dear Frankie, I have heard that you've been wanting a present for some time now and I've decided to give you this as that present". "I put him together myself". "I hope you like him", from one of your many friends, Cleo De Nile".

"Like it, I love it", she thought. Just then she noticed some writing on the back of the paper. She flipped it over and saw some strange writing on it. "Dehsinab era uoy", she said trying to read the words. She had had no clue what these words meant. "Do you know what these words mean", she asked the toy, pretending it was a living being. "Come to think", she said. "You need a name, All good friends have names". She thought about it for a minute. "How about ... Giga", she asked. "Dang, it would be cool if you could respond to me", she told him. "Either way I'll call you Giga from now on". In the back of her mind, she imagined him saying, "I like it".
