After Takeda introduced him it was dead silent. I walked up to Takeda and handed him his $10 for convincing him to coach. "Was it Nekoma?" I asked as he pocketed the money. "Worked like a charm," he muttered as we turned to see the dumbfounded looks on the team's faces. "He's old coach Ukai's grandson," Takeda added hoping to get a reaction. The entire team was completely speechless. "I've set you guys up for a game at 6:30 so lets stop wasting time," he said as he smirked. "Against who?" Daichi asked.

"The neighborhood association," Keishin replied with a smirk.

We started doing our basic warmup when I turned to see them all here. "YUSUKE!" I screamed as I tackled him to the floor. "It's only been a week," He said as he got back up. "I know but I missed pissing Keishin off," I said as I glanced at Keishin to see his reaction. he walked up behind me and Yusuke and slapped the both of the back of our heads and yelled at us for being morons.

Ennoshita, Daichi, Hinata, Tanaka, Kageyama, Tsukishima, and Nishinoya were playing for Karasuno. While it was the neighborhood association, Suga, Asahi, and I on the other team.

"Alright kids, don't poop your pants," Yusuke said as he stretched. I chuckled knowing that they were in a run for their money with this one.

The game was very interesting with Suga setting, he was amazing at it.

Until I tripped

I was going to dive and stepped on my shoe lace and face planted. I heard Keishin and Yusuke struggling to breathe so I flipped them off as I laid on the floor contemplating my decisions.

A few points later Kageyama and Hinata pulled off a quick while I was waiting for the next rotation. I saw Keishin's face and that's when I knew he was really committed to this team now.

Shimada received it and Mori passed it to Asahi who was blocked. Luckily I was there to dive and save the ball. I sent it high so Suga had a chance to think but all of a sudden.

'SSSSUUUUUUGGGGGAAAAAAA!" was the only thing heard. "Looks like someone still hasn't hit puberty," I muttered to Yusuke who was trying not to make eye contact.

I looked to see Asahi slam the ball straight through a triple block and onto the floor. I looked straight at Keishin and saw him visibly pale yet again. That's when I knew he was hooked yet again.

We kept playing when all of a sudden Kageyama pulled a quick attack from the backrow. I was right next to the ball, but to dumbfounded to even dice for it.

Keishin started to interrogate Hinata on why he jumped, "I don't know, The ball just comes to me," he said as he turned back to Kageyama.

The game continued as usual; serve, receive, set, spike, block, receive. It went like that with neither team getting the lead. We ended up winning after Asahi slammed a spike off of Hinata's hand, sending it to the back wall.

We started the second set and Asahi was about to spike, but Hinata was to far up the court. He got nailed straight in the face and went flying backwards. Everyone but me and Tsukishima went to check on him. "I bet $20 he get nailed in the face by Asahi before Prelims" I said holding my hand out. "I think it will be Tanaka," he said as he shook my hand. Kageyama turned and chewed out Hinata while Takeda convinced the security guard to let us finish our game.

Kageyama told us he was going to set to Hinata before the serve went up. Hinata ran to the left, but switched directions and did a broad shot from the right. "I'm to old for this shit," Yusuke said as he turned to look at me. "That is the story of my life," Shimada replied. "I'm only 18, but I feel the exact same way," I said as I stretched my arms while Hinata was getting stuff explained again.

Kageyama turned to Hinata and explained that Asahi uses strength for his points, but Hinata is using jumping power and agility for his. He also brought up the point that Hinata is an amazing decoy and distraction for our other spikers to score points. he went into another long speech about how important Hinata is blah-blah-blah.

"I swear, this shit only happens in animes," I said as I leaned over to Yusuke. I turned to see Asahi next to me, "Sorry Jesus for my language, please pardon me," I said as I bowed my head at him. Yusuke started wheezing and we had to lean on each other to even stand up right. "GET YOUR HEADS IN THE GAME YOU MORONS!" Keishin called out to us.

"Yes da- I mean Keishin."

He was subbed out and sent home for the rest of the match.

Shimada got competitive and did a jump float aimed for Hinata, who bless his soul, could not receive to save his life. "Haha! Face plant!" Shimada called. "You are kind of a jerk," Mori replied. After multiple shanked serves from the back row Daichi finally sent it into the air. It made back to our side and Suga set it to Asahi who almost broke Hinata's hands with the power he out into it.

My team ended up winning two straight sets.

After we thanked the neighborhood association we went back inside for Keishin's feedback. "Ok, receiving is our biggest issue so we will be working on that tomorrow," he said as we got in a half circle. We thanked him and went to go stretch out.

Once we were all stretched we started to put all of the equipment away for the night. I walked into the storage room and put the net down when I saw this box in the corner. It looked very out of place so I pulled it out to open it, and found Karasuno's banner inside. I closed the box and pushed it back when I saw Tsukishima walk in with one of the poles. I walked out of the room and straight over to Kiyoko. "I found the old banner in the box under the shelf," I whispered at her. "Thank you! I have been looking for it," she said as she walked over to her bag.

After that we said our goodbyes and went our separate ways.
