This chapter is dedicated to the day I had today
~~~
Harry woke up feeling blah. He wasn't really sick but he wasn't feeling well, it was just one of those days.
The boys had nothing going on all day so, Harry didn't get out of bed. Even Louis and Niall were awake before him. It was a big surprise to Louis when he rolled over and found their bed still very much full of Harry. Usually, Harry would've gotten up around 6:00 a.m and went to the gym inside the house and then he would start making breakfast and by that point, Liam would be up and helping him and then, the other three, who much preferred sleeping in, would wake up to the smell of breakfast cooking and come downstairs at a leisurely pace.
"Where's Harry?" Liam asked Louis when he came into the kitchen that morning.
"He's still in bed."
"Is he feeling alright? He's always up first," Niall said, sipping his coffee and taking a bite of his toast.
Louis shrugged and took a mug from the cupboard. "He was pretty sound asleep so, I didn't wake him up."
That was all that was said about it until Louis went back upstairs to get ready for the day and Harry was still asleep.
He was kind of worried about Harry so, he woke him up gently.
"C'mon, Hazza, love, it's time to wake up."
Harry slowly opened his eyes and rubbed them with his fists.
Louis smiled down at him, "Morning, Baby. You must've been tired, you're the last one up."
Harry smiled slowly but didn't say anything.
Louis frowned slightly at that. "Are you feeling alright, Haz?"
"I don't know," Harry said softly.
"What'd'ya mean?" Louis was confused, how could someone not know if they're feeling alright?
"I don't feel sick but I don't feel good. I have a bit of an ache in my stomach and I feel tired and blah," Harry explained.
"Aw, baby, it's alright. We don't have anything to do today so, why don't we cuddle and have a lazy day to help you feel better?" Louis suggested.
"I guess we could try," Harry shrugged. He wasn't sure what exactly he needed, he just didn't feel like doing life that day.
"How about you stay in your pyjamas and go down to get breakfast and I'll shower quick and come down?"
Harry nodded and Louis turned to go into the bathroom. Harry sat in bed for about five minutes after Louis was gone before he pulled himself up and went downstairs to the kitchen.
"Mornin' Harold!" Liam called from the table.
"Morning," he mumbled back, pouring himself a coffee and sitting down next to Liam.
The other boys were gone, probably back to bed. "Ya alright?" Liam asked.
"I'm fine, just not feeling myself this morning, I guess," Harry shrugged.
"Ah, I know that feeling, mate," Liam told him. "It's like you just don't feel like doing anything but then, you're anxious sometimes and it's just a bad feeling."
"Exactly, that's what's going on today."
"Well, I hope you feel better, Haz."
"Thanks, Li. Louis wants to relax for the day and just watch movies or something."
"That'll be nice. I'm supposed to go out and see Maya later so, have fun," Liam smiled at him before getting up, putting his dishes in the sink and going to his room.
Harry sighed, took his half-cold cup of coffee to the sink and dumped it out. He walked to the living room, glad to find it empty and wrapped himself in a blanket. He had just laid down on the couch when Louis came in.
"Hey, love. How're you feeling now?" Louis asked, kissing Harry's forehead and sitting down beside him.
"M'okay."
Louis just wrapped him up in a big hug and snuggled him. He knew Harry had these days sometimes and there wasn't much anyone could do to help him out, he just had to get through the day. Louis hated when those days happened because he so badly wanted to help Harry but not even Harry could help himself and he just felt out of control.
"How about we turn on a movie?" Louis suggested softly. Harry just nodded and Louis picked The Lion King on Disney+ and let Harry lay on his chest while he rubbed his back.
They watched the movie in comfortable silence and watched the movie.
Not even halfway through, Louis felt Harry's breathing even out and looked down to see him sleeping peacefully on his chest.
Louis cooed and rubbed his hands through Harry's hair gently.
He let him sleep until he woke up on his own and they spent the rest of the day relaxing and being lazy.
Louis got Harry whatever he needed (which was mostly just cuddles) and made sure he felt good about himself.
Luckily, the next day Harry was back to being his good old self. And, even if he hadn't been, Louis would still have taken care of him in whatever way he needed.
This was so short and had no detail but I've wanted to update this book for a couple of days and had to get my ideas, no matter how bad or boring, out somehow. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it!
I'm joining my school's writing club next week so depending on how that goes, I probably won't update again for a while (not that I've updated in over a month lmao)
