Tommy's POV
The SBI finished eating and me and Tubs were about to wash the plates.
I watched as he took off his jacket and pulled up his long sleeves. Snowchester was a cold place after all.
Something on his wrists caught my attention.
"Hey, what are those weird straight ink marks on your wrists?" I pointed and he looked at me and smiled.
"Visual Psychology" Tubbo muttered but I heard it.
"Visual psychology?? PFFT! That's not even a fucking thing-" I almost ranted.
"I made it up, idiot" He laughed and I was still dumbfounded.
"So.. Visual Psychology.... For what?" I asked.
He chuckles and touched his wrists. Touching scars and the ink lines beside them. "When I self-harmed in the past, I didn't do it for the pain... I did it to remind myself that this was punishment... Not relief" He looked at me. I tilted my head in confusion.
He sighs. "Y'know how you'd usually hear people do it because the pain reliefs them or something?" He asks and I nodded.
"Well, for me. The pain is temporary but the scars that would be left behind isn't. Even if I didn't do it hard enough it would still remind me that I did punished myself, y'know?" Tubbo said.
"I wanted to be clean for you because I knew you're also recovering as well. So, I found an alternative. Where you can see it but cant feel it" Tubbo smiled.
I looked at the bangs that were covering his eyes and smiled.
"Sentimental fucker" I said laughing and nudging him, he laughed as well.
"Ok curious, shit-head. Lets continue this before Philza crafts a belt" He reminded and we both did the dishes.
