How to get the look:
1) Apply one coat of base coat.
2) Apply Paul & Joe to make gradation effect (for how to create gradation nails, please see this tutorial).
3) Place rhinestones on your fingers to create polka dots (for polka dots how-to, please read this tutorial).
4) Apply one coat of top coat.
I’m quite happy with the result!
