Waking up in the morning was never an issue for the early bird Ashwin. He got up at 6 in the morning. He got his own room and Rakshan got his own. To be honest, he didn't expect this much accomodation from Shivu's family. Even though the rest of the family is lovely, he is very much worried about the dads.
Meanwhile, Sivaangi is in her room, getting ready for the day. A secret that she hidden, taunted her all night. What will happen when the secret is revealed ? She couldn't imagine the consequences.
Knock, knock...
Sivaangi's earing search was interrupted by the knock. With different eating on each ears, she answered the door.
"Good morning pretty", Ashwin greeted with a charm. His perfume itself is enough to make her fall for him everytime.
To be honest, Sivaangi loves this Ashwin. The fun and lovely Ashwin, but she couldn't let her ego off so soon. She closed the door without replying, but he's not a quit-er. So he knocked again.
This time he let himself in and closed the door.
"What are you doing ?", she asked.
"Chumma, casual ah", he walked towards her.
Ashwin grabbed her by her waist and brought her close. She felt his warm breath which made her go crazy. She stayed silent, enjoying silently.
"Enna unakke pidikuma ?", Ashwin whispered.
She nodded a yes, unable to speak at the moment.
"Enna kalyanam panikiriya ?", he whispered again.
"Straight ah kalyanam ah ?", she looked up and asked.
"Mattiya ?", he asked. (the wheat flour tone)
"Naa innum kovama thaa iruken", she looked up and said.
"Anthe Nila incident..", Ashwin said but interrupted by Sivaangi.
"Ennaku theriyum", she answered.
"Then, yen innum kovam ?", he asked.
"Athellam apedithaa, neengeh pongeh", she pushed him away to the door.
"Inthe yellow earing pottuko", he smiled.
"Mudiyathe", she said and closed the door.
Ashwin went downstairs with a smile to find Rakshan already at the dining table having full meals.
"Vaa machaa, ellam super ah irukke", Rakshan said while Chitra ma put on more food on his plate.
"Ethukku vanthom'ne marathute'le ?", Ashwin said.
"Athe unnode love eh, nee thaa pathukenum", he said loudly.
"Deyy chumma irudda", Ashwin scolded him, afraid of what the ladies will think.
"Ellam enggaluke theriyum Ashwin. We are happy for you both", Chitra ma said.
"Yes yes, ellarukum happy, but avanggeh Appa've thaa ninggeh correct pannanum", Saras ma added.
"Paathiya da, aunty uncle eh correct panne soldrangeh", Rakshan joked.
Everyone laughed, Sivaangi, Vishal and Pugazh joined for breakfast.
Immediately Ashwin noticed that Sivaangi is wearing the yellow earing he chose. He looked at her and winked. She stared and turned away.
When all of them were having their breakfast, another person entered the dining room. Ashwin and Rakshan didn't recognize the woman. She looked familiar but Ashwin couldn't tell who is she. All the other family members looked at each other. The woman took seat beside Sivaangi. She looked like she has been through alot. She looked at Ashwin and curved a small smile. Ashwin felt relieved, atleast she didn't have him.
"Ashwin, ivanggeh thaa enggeh aunt, Meena", Vishal introduced.
Ashwin remembers the family story by Sivaangi.
"Oh ya, Sivaangi has been telling me", Ashwin replied.
The woman never spoke a word throughout the breakfast, instead she kept looking at Ashwin now and then. After breakfast was over, she went back in to her room.
After a while, Ashwin spotted Pugazh alone at the garden area. He knew it was the right time to talk to him, so he walked to Pugazh.
"Pugazh", Ashwin called.
Pugazh turned back and raised his eyebrows.
"Konjam pesanum", Ashwin said.
"Enna pesanum ?", he asked.
"About Sivaangi", Ashwin replied.
"Sollu", Pugazh gave him a chance.
"I know you're protective over Shivu...", Ashwin started.
Pugazh gave a weird look when he said 'Shivu', like he meant 'Oh anthe alevekku pocha'.
"I know you're protective over Sivaangi", he corrected.
"Mele solle", Pugazh said.
"Naa avale hurt paniruken, athe na illeh'ne sollele, but enakku orru chance kudungane kekuren. I know she loves me too and I know that you all know actually happened at the restaurant the other day. Sivaangi enakku love mattum kudukale, enakku orru family kuduthiruka. Family love na enna ne theriyathe enakku, ivalo periya gift kuduthiruka. Please Pugazh, orru chance kudde", Ashwin held Pugazh's hand.
Pugazh stayed silent for a while and said,
"Avale nalla pathupiya ?", Pugazh.
"Sathiyama nalla pathupen", Ashwin said.
"Then okay", Pugazh smiled.
"Thank you bro", Ashwin jumped and hugged Pugazh.
"Bro illeh, machaa ne solle", Pugazh said.
"Thanks da machaa", Ashwin said.
"Athukulle dey ah ?", Pugazh asked in disbelief.
"Namma thaa macha aitome, athellam apedithaa", Ashwin said walked back towards the house.
"Ashwin", Pugazh called.
"Yes ?", Ashwin turned back.
"Nee Shivu ne kupedelam", Pugazh said.
Ashwin managed to convince Pugazh. One down, two to go.
