Taking Sides

Once it was time for hometime, -- well, actually cabin/dorm time, Rose tumbled onto her bed and wrote down the fun time in her journal- apart from the sleeping bit- which was total horror. She didn't know what it was but she always hated camping- just the having to sleep on the ground bit- really. But it still bothered her badly. She was the last one in the room and everyone was pretty much lining up at the door to have a shower. Rose decided she would wait until later, she didn't want to stand at the door with a bunch of stinky boys while they moaned and complained. Why not lie on her bed in comfort while she can sneak into their bags for lollies and stuff, maybe she had picked up a few bad habits from the boys but hey, atleast she was more comfortable with her surroundings and wasn't too scared for a little fun. After quietly ruckussing through some bags she finally found a packet of Jubes and some Minni coke bottles covered in sour sherbet. She decided to look into her suitcase that had been delivered since she hadn't yet had that much of a proper look. She found two books, Lauren Kate books, digging deeper she found some of her favourite clothing items. "I love you mum" She whispered to herself. More things she found were photos from her bedroom wall, her favourite leopard blanket and her iPod. Yes! Finally. Music was her everything. But digging even deeper she couldn't seem to find any earphones. All she found was a packet of bluetack (most likely for the photos), and a small note. She opened it up to find her mother's writing covering the delicate piece of paper.

Dear baby,

I don't know what is going on, nor do i think i ever will. But the police man told me to pack a bunch of your favourite things, and told me you'll be here for a long time. I know you can't reply but why did you do it? You have the perfect identity to do anything you want? what was so bad that you had to do this. I think I can forgive you, overtime, hopefully. Did you commit a crime and want to cover it up? please tell me when you get home. I put your phone in the side pocket even though i wasn't meant to. Also if you haven't already found it i put in your iPod and Shadowa.

Rose dived into the suitcase looking for her beloved teddy, dropping the note and everything else out of her hands. Everyone turned to look at her, confusedly.

She couldn't find it. Giving up, she picked up the note ad continued reading.

She sunk into the spot she was sitting in, burying her head in her hands. Slowly she decided to get up and to stop sulking. She hopped up onto the bed, wondering where Shadowa went. She'd had the damn thing since she was three. She loved it to bits, even at 16. Then she realised her phone was in her bag! She hopped of the bed to find her phone.

She looked and the first thing she saw was an iPhone. not just any iPhone, the new iPhone 5! She didn't believe it, her mum did not just go out and buy her a present, an iPhone 5 after what had just happened. She looked in as she saw something flicker, it was her old phone, the good ol' htc, chargers and all, and, wait for it... YES! Earphones. Perfect. She put everything on charge-- thanks to the power board that had also been placed in the bag. She hopped up on the bed and sat down swapping her sim and micro card into the iPhone, opening it up with a small pin that was found in with her hair bag. Once everything was finally sorted, it was 9.30pm. She had gone out to dinner and back, had a shower, and left the phone to charge in the meantime. Now her and all the boys were just chilling in the cabin.

"YOU KNOW WHAT WE SHOULD DO?!" Daniel called out.

"What?" The Redneck boy asked.

"WE SHOULD STEAL THAT TV AGAIN!!!!"

Huh, so these boys were sneaky too.

"Yesssss!" Reece screamed out. The total 12 boys dragged Rose unwantingly out into the hospital looking hallway, all of them. Reece knew exactly what to do. They had pinlocks and everything. Reece opened a grey door and looked around as all the boys giggled and squeezed inside the little room. They carried the television out ito the hallway, grabbing cords and allsorts along with it. They all sneaked back to the room with the large flatscreen and hooked it up into the plugs, while stacking up solids to hold it up against the wall on one of the boy's beds in the middle of the room. He sat on another's and pulled out a bunch of DVDs. "Okay so... Harry Potter, Twilight, RV, New Moon, The Vow, The Wedding Singer, Uhm, forget that one,--" "HOT CHICKKKK!" The boy beside him called out. "Um, okay."

"Oh my god. "

The boy looked at the other and started helplessly laughing his head, arms and legs off.

"He, he, he, hahaha, he, he has BARBIE!!"

Everyone laughed as Rose said "Wow, i thought having twilight was bad."

The guy glared at Rose.

"Hey, i like twilight. Barbie is my sisters, i don't know how it ended up in my bag."

The rest of the boys were still laughing their heads off, "Yeah, i bet! Hmm.. wonder how it did get in there, aye bro?" The boy beside him winked and nudged him. Everyone was laughing as they all voted for Harry Potter. They all got comfy and

"W- wait, where are my lollies?!" Rose sunk down into her newly decorated bed as they all turned to look at her. "I'm totes joking i saw you take them Rosey." Daniel stared at her, extending his arm out. "Hand 'em over."

"I kind of.. might of.. ate them all" Rose giggled innocently. Everyone laughed a little as the movie started. "Damn your face." Daniel cursed at her.

"Everyone Shutuuuuup!" The hillbilly guy yelled.

Half way through the movie Rose started falling asleep. After all se could hear were small whispers and few giggles. She figured it was just them watching the movie.

But she begged to differ in the morning......
