A Camp & Friend Making Challenge

Sure enough, Mr Coagan came through overly excited about the newly planned camping trip, and after a slow moving morning of getting dressed in a casual outfit her mother had sent in a suitcase from home (finally), the breakfast table overly tired and full of sleepy faces and a non-fast paced temperate for eating, nobody seemed to be in a rush for camping.

After grabbing everything she was told she would need, also getting handed her new 'camping pack', it wasn't long until she was walking along with all the boys on a rocky track to a large site with firepits and other large essentials. Reece had told her to meet him by a place called the 'Melodah'. She had no idea where to go, so she went over to ask Mr. Coagan.

"Hi sir, I was wondering, do you know where the.. Melodah is?" She politely said with a smile.

"Of course lil' darling, it's just up that hill to the right a bit, it's a big prickly spot, where all the "bad boys" hang out, why's that? were you looking for someone?"

"Um, yeah actually," the tone is his reply made her unsure about her answer.

"Oh, well, be very careful up there, perhaps take someone trusted with you."

She nodded but trailed up there alone anyway, nothing could possibly happen to her with Reece, he was just a normal guy, right?

She could feel the pierce of Josh's eyes leading along her steps though, so she turned left so he wouldn't get all suspicious, there was a bunch of other kids around there possibly a little younger, maybe about 13-14. she tried to escape around them, finding her way around the trees trying to unnoticeably make her way properly right, to Medolah. she got a little lost though, starting to freak out, she hurried through the trees, as it seemed to get a little darker.

"Boo!"

Rose screamed.

Reece laughed his head off before finally managing to gain the words "Your face!!", still chuckling, she started to laugh a little too.

"Shutup, I got lost." She spat.

Reece lead her to where he and the rest of the boys were meant to meet her. It was an old lookout with a rusty old shed when you turned around. The boys were outside having a smoke.

"Boys, this is Rosey."

All the boys nodded and said hello and held their smiles.

"This is Rockly, Haydo, Kayne, Xander and Murray" Reece pointed to all the boys.

Rockly was muscly, dirty blonde hair, and i nice smile, Haydo had a bit of a sour face but a short cut of hair and a great taste in clothing. Kayne had a bit of a punk look but not too much, he looked really tired but Rose couldn't figure out whether he was or if his face was just naturally like that. Xander had a genuine boy next door appearance, he seemed very friendly, he wasn't smoking like the others and had a really fresh kind of look. Murray was an aboriginal boy, with big curly hair, he had a lovely smile but seemed a little upset.

"What did you get thrown into Darkingsworth for?" Xander asked sweetly

"Identity theft" Rose smiled awkwardly.

"Nice!" Rockly exclaimed.

Rose laughed before asking, "What about all of you?"

"Numerous accounts of stealing" Kayne blurted out

"Fucking up the system" Rockly nodded enthusiastically.

The rest of the boys talked about what they had done when they all turned to Xander who hadn't yet spoken.

all the boys smiled right before Xander embarresedly said

"Teasing a cop." The boys burst into laughter except rose.
