"I can't believe that it's over."

I gave Michael everything I had. Why wasn't it enough? I walked over to my laptop that I threw and realized I didn't hang up. Michael was still there. I was looking at him from an odd angle, maybe the floor. Should I hang up?

Michael

"Hey Mike, we just-"

All three of them stopped. I guess it must have been quite a sight. My laptop was on the floor and I was a crying mess.

"You alright?" Ashton asked.

"I, uh, broke up with her." I said.

"You broke up with her? On a video chat?" Calum confirmed.

"Yeah." I chuckled.

"Why are you laughing? Don't you think that was a shitty way to do it?" He asked.

"How the fuck else was I supposed to do it? Who cares? She's out of my life." I laughed.

I'm only laughing because I'm hurt. I can't let them know I'm hurt.

"How exactly did you go about this?" Luke asked.

"I told her that we were over and that she had no choice. Then I told her we couldn't be friends either." I said.

"What the hell is wrong with you? Honestly, what the hell Michael." Calum said.

"What do you mean?" I said, raising my voice.

"It's over. Never speak to me ever again even though you haven't even done anything wrong to me? Oh yeah, real nice." He said.

"This isn't your business to comment Calum! She doesn't even mean anything to me! She never did!" I yelled.

"Um, Michael?" Luke said.

"What?" I shouted.

"She didn't hang up. The video chat is still going." He said.

"Fuck." I said.

Before I got the chance to say anything, she hung up. This time she really hung up. I didn't mean any of the things that I just said. She heard all of that.

"She heard all of that." I whispered.

"Not like you care." Calum muttered.

"Of course I care! I didn't mean what I said! I love her! I didn't want either of us to hurt anymore! Fuck!" I yelled.

I just messed up. I messed up so badly.
