"I don't know Danneel, you think she's ready? I mean it's big news." I say to my wife, Danneel Ackles.

"She's gonna find out eventually honey, might as well tell her now. I think she'll be happy." Danneel says with a hopeful smile. I can't help but smile too.

A few months ago we found out Danneel was pregnant again. When we had Y/N five years ago we couldn't have been happier. She's the perfect little girl and we love her with everything we have. So telling her she's gonna be a big sister is a really big thing. And am i a little scared? Maybe.

"You're right.. Okay, how about this. When she calls me to her room in a minute to sing for her, i'll do that and then we can read a bedtime story for her and tell her afterwards?" I suggest. I always sing for Y/N when i'm home to put her to bed. It's her favorite thing.

"Yeah, good idea," she takes a deep and nervous breath before continuing, "i'm so exited Jensen, she's gonna be such a great big sister." She says while a smile appears on her face and she puts a hand over her stomach. I can't help but smile at her as i walk over at put my hand over hers.

"She will be." I kiss my wife and soon enough i hear little tippy tappys coming down the stairs, and in a split second Y/N stands at the bottom of the stairs in her purple unicorn pajamas.

"Daddy will you sing a song for me?? i brushed my teeth all by myself." She says proudly, as we have been teaching her to do it herself lately.

I smile and step away from Danneel so Y/N doesn't suspect anything. Not that she would but wouldn't wanna risk it.
"Yes baby i'll sing for you. Can you go to your bed and i'll be there in a second?" I ask.

"Okay!" She says excitedly as she runs up the stairs again and to her bedroom. I smile at Danneel and kiss her cheek before grabbing my guitar and heading for Y/N's room.

I open the door and there she is all tucked in and ready for bed. I sit down on her bed with her and rest my guitar on my lap, ready to play.

"What do you wanna hear sweetheart?"

"Crowded table! Can you pleeeease sing crowded table daddy?!" She pretty much squeals. Oh yes. Crowded table. The one and only goodnight song in this household.

"Of course i can." I smile and start playing the chords and singing to her. As i'm singing she doesn't seem to get tired or bored. She's always so focused and exited about music and reading. It's her favorite things.

I finish the song and Y/N claps and giggles with the most amazing little laugh i know.
"Good job daddy!" She smiles.

"Why thank you very much." I say, smiling back as i put my guitar away and get closer to her, giving her a million kisses all over her face as she giggles uncontrollably. I then suddenly hear the door open and Danneel steps in, smiling at the scene in front of her.

"Hey Y/N, do you wanna hear a bedtime story?" Danneel asks as she walks over to the bed and sits down as well.

"Yeah!" She says, smiling widely as always.

I look at Danneel, giving her a nod as she looks a little lost.

"So, there once was this girl, and she was madly in love with a prince. The prince was handsome and kind and had a very beautiful soul. On a random street she one day bumped into the prince, and as she looked into his eyes she immediately fell in love even more. The thing just was, that he fell in love with her too." Y/N gasps and smiles, seemingly very interested in the story. "They starting walking by each other every day, then they started talking to each other and before they knew it they kissed, and got married. The prince took the girl to his beautiful castle and in a very short time they had a perfect little baby girl, who's name was Y/N." Danneel smiles and Y/N yells in excitement.

"That's like my name!" Both me and Danneel smile at her comment.

"It is like your name baby! So yes, they had Y/N and everything was perfect. They lived 5 amazing years with her and then something happened to the prince and the girl. You wanna know what happened honey?" Danneel asks.

"Yesss!!" Y/N yells intrigued.

"One day the girl looked in the mirror and she saw a small bump on her stomach. She told the prince and they found out they were having a baby more!" Danneel puts a hand over her stomach and looks at it. It takes Y/N a little while but as she figures it out she looks into Danneels eyes.

"Momma?... is there a baby there?" She asks as she points to Danneels stomach.

"There is sweetie. You're gonna be a big sister!" Danneel smiles and Y/N soon gives us the exact reaction we were hoping for. She squeals and jumps on the bed excitedly.

"Are you excited baby?" I ask as i pull her onto my lap. She only lets out a happy 'yes' and smiles.

"Is it a boy or a girl mommy?" She asks, calming down a little and seeming very interested. Danneel gives me a look. Originally the plan was for it to be a surprise but only for Danneel. She didn't wanna know the gender but i did. So i know. But she doesn't.

"We'll mommy actually doesn't know, because she wanted it to be a secret so she could-" I couldn't finish my sentence because Danneel started talking.

"Tell us honey. Tell us the gender of our new family member." Danneel says. I start smiling and so does Y/N.

"Okay well.. Y/N, you're going to be a big sister to... your new little sister!" As soon as i announce it Y/N smiles so big it reaches her ears and Danneel tears up a little, knowing we'll be having yet another beautiful and lovely daughter.

We talk for a little bit and start talking about names out of the blue. Y/N is so excited about all the baby talk and not at all jealous or nervous like we thought she'd be.

"Daddy, momma... i have an idea for my sisters name." Y/N says shyly. We both smile and eagerly want to hear it.

"Uhhh tell us your idea sweetheart." I say as i adjust her sitting in my lap.

"JJ. It could stand for Justice Jay. You always tell me how much justice means to the whoooole world and i want my sister to know too. And momma you alway call daddy 'Jay' so i think my baby sister should have that too." She smiles with brushy cheeks because both Danneel and I are moved to tears.

JJ. How much better could it get?

We really won big time with Y/N. You couldn't get a more perfect, loving and kind daughter.

"What do you think??" She asks, smiling and still having brushy cute cheeks.

"It's perfect." We both say in unison.

Absolutely perfect.
