Today is just another boring monday. I have school and a bunch of homework that i didnt finish over the weekend so im screwed.

"Hey Clarissa" My best friend Cameron Dallas says.

"Hey Cam whats up?"

"Nothing but i need to ask you something" he says looking a bit worried.

"Are you ok? Is everything alright? You know...."

"Clarissa calm down im fine geez you crazy woman" he says poking my arm.

"Ok so shoot" i say

"Well we've been friends for a long time right?" I knod my head. "Okay and like ive grown feelings for you over that long period of time. So i was wondering if you like wanted to..."

"Yes" i say cutting him off.

"You dont even know what i was gonna ask!"

"Cameron i know you better than you know yourself. Yes i will go on a date with you this Friday at 7 pm."

"How in the world did you know the day and time i was gonna ask you?!" He says giving me a weird look.

" i told you i know you better than you know yourself... And i just guessed a day and time i didnt really know" i say and we both start laughing.

~friday at 7~

I get dressed in some jeans and a nice shirt. I curl my hair and do my makeup. Around 7:10 there is a knock on the door. I go open it and its Cameron in some jeans and a flanel shirt.

"Alright mom im leaving. Be back soon love you" i yell to my mom upstairs.

"Alright be safe" she yells back.

~after driving for 20 min.~

"Where are we going?" I ask him. Cameron just looks at me and smiles.
We pull up at the lake. We get out he grabs a bunch of blankets and a picnic basket and lays them out on the bed of his truck. He climbs up on the bed and sits down.

"How did you know this is my perfect dream date?" I say climbing up and sitting next to him.

"You told me one time remember?"

"I did?" I say giving him a confused look.

"Yeah like in 10th grade"

"Cam that was 2 years ago"
"Yeah your point is?"

"You remembered that!" Wow i cant believe i never realised how much he truely listens.

"I just act like i dont listen sometimes but in all honesty i cant stop listening to you talk, looking in your beautiful eyes, you just being you makes me happy"

"Oh shut up! Your making me blush!" I say slapping his arm.

"But its true" I smile at him and kiss his cheek.

"Thank you Cameron for everything you did tonight"

"Your welcome" we ended up laying back and just looking at the stars and talking about almost everything. This was honestly the best night of my life.

Hey Clarissa i hoped you liked it. Sorry it took me a while. Ive just had a lot of things going on.
