"You just arrived in Hengdian?" Gong Jun spoke into the phone in surprise.
He had lost track of the dates. Especially with the horrible incident of last night, he had forgotten that little sister Zhou Ye arrived in Hengdian today. Now she had called him before her prayer ceremony and was clamoring for details.

"Yes, can we meet up for dinner? I want to know what happened to Han-ge. Have you spoken to him?"
"Shhh!!!" Gong Jun hushed her in a panic. He looked around to make sure nobody was around him before whispering. "Han-ge says not to mention him in public lest you get dragged in."
"What? Are you kidding? It's that serious?" Zhou Ye was horrified to hear this.
Gong Jun sighed. "It's better to explain in person."
Zhou Ye understood. "Then dinner tonight?"
"Xiao Ye are you crazy? You have your opening ceremony today so you have the celebratory dinner tonight."
"Ooooh you are right." Zhou Ye sheepishly answered. "I forgot about that. It's Qi Xi today, by the way."
Gong Jun tiredly massaged his temples. "Tell you what, let's meet up after dinner around 10 or 11pm. Since it's so late let's meet around your hotel, like in the parking lot or something."
"Okay! I'll text you my hotel address!" Zhou Ye excitedly answered and hung up.
Gong Jun tossed back the strands of his long hair. He hoped that his poor mood didn't affect the filming today. Thankfully Dilraba was not around today so their scenes together wouldn't be affected; he had mainly solo scenes or scenes with other actors which did not require much emotional depth.
Now he remembered that he had his Qi Xi video call with Xu Feng tonight. They had planned to video call while having dinner in their rooms.
With this incident weighing heavily on his mind Gong Jun was looking forward to confiding in the older man. His calming presence was what he needed right now to calm his emotional turmoil.
It was horribly scary, how someone can take a touristy picture and frame it into something full of malicious intent. If it could happen to Zhang Zhehan, it could happen to anyone of them. They wouldn't know if they were being targeted, until it was too late.
He stared sadly at his Weibo. Zhang Zhehan's and his studio's account had been silenced and now they have no way of defending themself. This was such a miscarriage of justice.
Later he wrapped up filming promptly at 7pm, and immediately headed back to his room. He rapidly typed a message to Xu Feng telling him that he was on the way back.
Xu Feng's reply came back quickly. "Okay, I'm still at the gym. Let's chat at 8pm."
At the gym! Gong Jun felt a little guilty. The filming schedule had been packed so he sometimes forgot to hit the gym. He glanced at the clock. Maybe he should workout for half an hour before the video call. It was rare to knock off so early anyway. In any case he needed to work out his stress.
