I made a lot of mistakes in the last chapter but I fixed most of them... hopefully.

Ink's POV

  I couldn't shake off the nervous feeling during the drive to school. Today was presenting day and I was afraid that I would mess up.

  Error and I were silent however, it made me more nervous. Suddenly, I felt a hand over mine.

  I looked over and saw that Error was holding my hand while rubbing his thumb against it. He didn't acknowledge it but I saw faint blush across his cheeks. I soon felt my own cheeks become warm.

  The car pulled up to the school building. I took a deep breath. Error looked at me with a reassuring smile.

Error: Don't stress yourself.

  I smiled before opening the car door. I stopped and quickly hugged Error. He hesitated but returned the hug.

After we said our goodbyes, Error drove off and left me standing outside of the school entrance.

'You can do this, Ink.'

(Time Skip)

I sat on the floor in the hall along with other students. We were told to sit out here as students were called into the classroom to present.

I had just finished presenting mine a few minutes ago. I believe I did fairly well but there were doubts.

The sound of the door opening caught the attention of the students. Our teacher walked out, carrying a stack of papers.

Teacher: We're done for the day. Next Monday, we will continue. Those who have already presented, I have your grades.

He walked back and forth through the hallway while passing out papers.

Teacher: Well done Ink.

He said to me as he handed me a paper. I cautiously looked at it but immediately smiled. I received an A on my project.

'A 98%. That's the highest grade I have ever gotten on an assignment for history.'

The bell rang, allowing students to leave for the day. I exited the building before looking for Tisha's car.

  When I found the vehicle, I ran over to it. Opening the door, I found Tisha applying lipstick to her lips. Her curly brown hair was straightened out and braided into two large strands. I noticed her dress. The fabric was very revealing around her breasts and tight around her thighs.

Me: Where are you going?

Tisha: On a date.

  She said while looking in a mirror, checking her makeup.

Me: With...

Tisha: With Matthew Parker.

  Tisha mentioning his name made me remember the party that I attended. The night where Error got pissed at me for staying out after the curfew.

  Once she was done, she pulled out of the parking lot and onto the busy road.

  During the car ride, I texted Error.

Me: When I get home, do you want me pack my suitcase?

  He didn't respond right away, making me have to wait for an answer.

'Work must be keeping him occupied.'

  I suddenly felt my phone vibrate on my leg. I picked it up, seeing that my guardian had texted back.

Error: Yes. Pack it as soon as you can so you don't have to worry about it later. We're going to leave at four in the morning so be prepared.

  I sent him an "Okay" before sliding my phone into my backpack.

  Tisha slowly pulled into the driveway of my home. I waved to her, wished her good luck on her date, and then walked through the font door.

  I went straight to my bedroom. I found Mello sleeping on my bed. She lifted her head when she heard me, yawning before sitting up. I smiled and gave her a little pat on her head.

  I knelt down and pulled my suitcase out from under the bed. As I folded my clothes and gathered anything needed for the trip, I thought about one of my memories.

~~~~Flashback~~~~
Ink's POV (Age: 8)
  I stood at the front door, inky tears poured from my eyes. ____ was leaving forever. I didn't want him to go.
???: Hey, Ink. Don't cry.
  He said as he kneeled down to match my height.
Me: I don't want you to go.
  I said through tears.
  ____ smiled before opening his arms. I stared at him for a second but eventually buried myself in his embrace.
???: It's okay. Don't worry, Ink. You will see me again.
  He whispered, gently rocking us.
Me: When?
  He was silent for a minute.
???: Soon.
  He smiled, wiped my tears away with his thumb, and kissed my forehead before standing up. I watched him walk away...
