It was the day they finally went back home to Las Vegas, not their actual homes. Beomgyu and the others packed their bags all day yesterday, no time for anything else other than dinner with the older ones.
They aboard their flight to Las Vegas, checking their plane tickets to see if they're on the correct flight. Soon, they were in their seats, Beomgyu and Taehyun seated on the right, Soobin, Yeonjun and Huening Kai seated to the left.
The only few words they said to each other was 'sleep well' as they stayed asleep the next few hours of that entire flight.
When they awoken, they had arrived. Beomgyu was the first one off that plane. Taehyun came on out after him, then Huening Kai, then Yeonjun, and lastly, Soobin.
The five boys made their way to their rented building in a taxi. The second they got out of the taxi, they noticed something. The building, it was messed up badly. Someone had broken in.
The five scurry around, panicking inside and outside. Everything was stolen (yes they went through all the floors) and broken glass was everywhere from the smashed up windows. Almost everything wasn't the same as when they left. Even the elevator was kinda messed up. Everything, except the curtains that were flowing from the wind of the breezy winter air.
Yeonjun called the older ones, begging them to please come home early, but, they can't. Seokjin can only teleport within the border of one state, not a whole bunch. He would, but that takes most of his energy, which takes his life.
And so, the five sit on the floor of their now empty building, hoping for their other friends to come back soon. As much as they're responsible enough to go back alone, they aren't capable of taking care of an entire empty building alone.
Then, they came up with an idea. Soobin's parents were in Las Vegas, somewhere. All they need to do is call his parents. Luckily, his parents picked up.
They asked for a ride to their house. The house was only 30 minutes away, so it was a quick ride. To pass the time, they watched a few youtube videos on Soobin's phone, as his was the only phone alive.
Soobin's parents came, 25 minutes later. They drove to the rented building as quickly as they could once they heard their son was in trouble.
The five couldn't fit in the car normally, so, Taehyun sat on Beomgyu, Huening Kai sat on the floor, and Yeonjun sat on Soobin. Of course, they also seat belted themselves for safety. Although the police rate is high, no one suspected a thing.
The five spent the next few hours explainging to Soobin's parents everything that has happened the couple past months.
The school drama, their friends they encountered, the building their friends rented and let them stay at, the fun memories they had with them, Taehyun's crazy aunt, the trip to Los Angeles, and the way back to Las Vegas.
Understanding, Soobin's parents decided on letting the five spend the next few days there until their older friends came back.
In the (Soobin) Choi household, they must keep their ears/tails out. It's a rule for their entire family and friends.
This was a good chance for the four of them to stretch those animals features out since they haven't taken them out for almost a month.
Yeah, although they knew each other's magical side, they couldn't stand the fact how annoying it gets. Plus, they don't really get messy since they magically appear, popping out from their brain waves or something.
Too bad Beomgyu's human, he be left out.
Since it was Soobin's parents' first time meeting Beomgyu, they had a full on introduction lecture and all that. Soon, Beomgyu learned how to introduce himself in ten different ways.
1. "Hello, nice to meet you! I'm Beomgyu, what's your name?"
2. "Hi! You must be new here. I'm Beomgyu, your adviser for today. May I help you with anything?"
3. "I'm Beomgyu, a university student. What about you?"
4. "My name is Beomgyu, Choi Beomgyu. Your turn."
5. "Can I pleaseeee have your autograph?! I'm Choi Beomgyu! Big fan."
6. "Sir/ma'am, I need your name please. Mine is Beomgyu."
7. "Let me introduce myself, then you can go. Hello, I am Choi Beomgyu, a university student at Magic Academy. I am nineteen years old- what? You want me to stop?"
8. "Choi Beomgyu, pleaser to meet you. What's yours babygirl/boy?~~"
9. "Beomgyu, of Daegu. Not interested in idle chit-chat. *rolls eyes*."
10. "I am, Choi Beomgyu, nice to meet you."
Although, Beomgyu thought most of those were unnecessary, especially the 'Big fan' one.
They had dinner and ended up spending the night together in the living room watching kdramas until they fell asleep. Soobin's parents slept early in their own room.
Blankets covered the ground as Soobin's parents had gave them a whole bunch of blankets for the 'sleep over in the living room'.
But anyways, they soon forgotten all their worries as the next morning, their older friends would soon return.
