The sky is filled with mixture of orange and reddish hue at its set in the horizon, the remaining warm heat of the sun before it disappears hits the man face sitting silently on a lone bench away from the other people.  He winces not because of the light hurting his eyes but the piercing sound of children playing and laughing it reminded him of his past self as a child he used to be like that not a care in the world. But everything was just short-lived the laughter changed into crying the playing into hits from the man he respects the most. And the person he thought would be with him and make him feel safe and hold him left without saying anything even a goodbye. Maybe it was his fault because he was never good enough, he was never what his father want him to be thats why all those things happened.

"BE BETTER"

"WHY CAN'T YOU BE BETTER"

"why can't I be better maybe if I was she would have not left me maybe it was better that mom left me, maybe she can see what I would become a fucking asshole like...... dad"

He felt a unconfortable throbbing on the sides of his head. He holds his head with both his hands the throbbing pain is escalating by the second like someone is increasingly hammering on his head. The pain was so great that he felt that his head could explode any second. He clenches his teeth hard just to feel another sensation other the pain on his head.

"I'm sorry... I'm sorry... I was not better I promise I will be better..i will be" he muttered under his breath, tears started to leak on his eyes.

"HEY ARE YOU OKAY?!!"

"IZUKU!!" the man shouted as he lift his head and hugs the person infront of him. Locking his arms around tightly around the neck of the other person muttering silent sorry on his ears and wetting their collar with his tears.

"i'm sorry..... i'm sorry..... i'm sorry...... i'm sorry...sorry"

The man with a pale blue hair was surprised for a split second he wanted to ask whats happening to Shoto the man crying desperately on his shoulder saying sorry to a person who is not even here. Shoto was the one who called him over the phone saying he had something to tell him right now thats why he rushed thinking that he was about to do something he can never take back. He felt relieved when he saw him sitting on a bench but as he drew closer he noticed Shoto was crying he wanted to question him of wahts happening is he hurt or someone dis dometing to him. But he knows its not time for questions right now. Some times it better to just let someone cry and wait for them. Shigaraki wraps his arms around Shoto's waist steadying the crying man he feel so small and weak on his arms.

It's been a few days since Shoto was discharged from the hospital after the fist fight between him and Katsuki. During his stay in the hospital Shigaraki would constantly visit him eventhough its just him sitting in the chair quietly while Shoto stares at the sky and him looking at Shoto. He was a tall and quite muscular man yet he looks so weak and fragile as if you just tap him a little he would break into little pieces. When Shoto opened up to him about his past he felt sympathy to the man.

If someone is asked how could they describe Shigaraki they would always say.

"Handsome"

"Succesful"

"Rich"

"Someone who has it all"

But he has wounds in his past that would always try to creep up and no matter what he do it would always be his burden. No matter how he drown himself with fleeting things like alcohol, women, material things. There will always be a hole on his heart. But he is trying to heal his wound little by little and maybe in the future the void in him will be filled. He was once a broken man too that's why he can understand Shoto and for now all he can do is comfort him the best he can.
