The Three Broomsticks

☆ ☆ ☆

Whilst Fred and a still frazzled Harry discussed what to do for the double date, Draco and Nicolai had recruited the help of Ginny and Hermione, leaving Ron and George to their own devices (considering how it was also date night for Molly and Arthur).

'It feels like everyone is going on dates today.' Was the thought that crossed Nicolai's mind as he sat, unblinking, whilst Hermione carefully applied thin eyeliner and natural eyeshadow to his face. The bushy haired brunette excitedly rambled about how she and Ron should go on a date soon as well, considering the fact that they had only really been on one since they got together after the war.

A few feet away from them stood Draco and Ginny, who was helping the blonde pick out an outfit from the variety of clothes Nicolai was willingly sharing with his (both boys being extremely grateful to be similar sizes). The two were seemingly emersed in their own conversation about the saviour of the wizarding world. Harry had come out as bisexual during his fourth year at Hogwarts, when he and Cedric Diggory had started dating, and, at the time, this was big news for the Wizarding world but also to every other young, closeted wizard and witch. However, after noticing the blondes nervousness when taking to or even about Harry around her, Ginny was quick to reassure Draco that she was well and truly over her childhood crush of the boy, even jokingly bring up her slight crush on a certain blonde haired Ravenclaw. And so the two conversed eagerly about every stupidly brave thing Harry had ever done, Draco eager to finally talk to someone who had liked Harry for more than his celebrity status, and Ginny was certainly just as eager to share with his every embarrassing thing she knew about Harry from spending most of her teen years with his being an extension of her family.

"And you're all done make-up wise. Now all that's left is the outfit!" Hermione cheered, proudly stepping back to admire her work.

Ginny and Hermione quickly switched places once Draco was dressed in black dress pants, a black turtleneck top, and a black blazer.

'Merlin, did this boy love the colour black!'

Nicolai was quickly thrown into similar black dress pants that were rolled up at the bottom due to them being a little to long for Nicolai's short legs, a white collared shirt, and a dark green knitted sweater.

Both boys styled their own hair, Draco spending a tiny bit more time on his then Nicolai who just ran his hands through his natural curls.

The brunette used to straighten his hair out, at the 'request' of his mother, however, ever since Fred had seen his curls and flirtingly said that they made him look "naturally pretty", Nicolai had stopped doing so.

When Draco and Nicolai had both finished getting ready, them and the girls waited in the bedroom, waiting for either Ron or George to come and get them, per Fred's request. They werent far into an interesting conversations on the treatment of house elves, when George knocked on the door and let them know that both of their dates were ready and waiting.

Fred and Ron were trying their best to calm down an anxious Harry whilst George went to retrieve Nicolai and Draco. The ginger hadn't really expected Harry to be this nervous, however, when he was told that Harry had little to no dating experience other than Cedric Diggory and Cho Chang, he wasn't exactly surprised to find the boy hyperventilating upon finishing getting ready.

It was obvious to pretty much anyone who cared enough to look, that Harry and Draco had liked each other for what could quite possibly have been years now, so Fred supposed that this would be a big deal to the bespeckled boy. And so, he tried his hardest to calm him down as they waited for their dates.
