"Now, I have a surprise for you, Derek. Well it's for everyone, but it's like a wedding present for you. So if everyone will follow the happy couple, it'll be greatly appreciated." Stiles tells the pack.

"We can clean up tomorrow." Peter tells the them. "Let's go."

"Before we go, Derek I need to blindfold you." Stiles says wiggling his eyebrows.

Derek rolls his eyes, "Why?"

"Do you trust me?"

"Of course."

"Then just trust me, you'll be okay." Stiles says tying a bandana around Derek's head. "And no peaking."

The whole pack followed Stiles and Derek, They end up at the preserve, everyone was in awe and shock.

"Okay, almost there." Stiles tells Derek, helping him out of the jeep; walking him to the edge of the surprise.

"I swear to god. Stiles-I-" Derek snapped his mouth shut once Stiles took the blindfold off. He looked at his mate- his husband In awe.

It was a three story house, built where the old burnt down Hale house used to be.

"Say something." Stiles whispered.

"I- I love it." Derek said staring at Stiles. "You did all of this?"

Stiles shook his head, "I asked Peter for help. I already got beds and couches, but everyone is free to decorate their space as you like."

"Can we go in?" Liam asked bouncing in his spot he stood in.

Stiles smiled brightly, "Of course, come on big guy."

Stiles and Derek was the first to walk in, "There are four spare bedrooms on this floor, for guests, but one is for my pops. Along with the living room, a huge kitchen and dinning room, Peter's study, also his room. And of course a game room." Stiles explained. "The second floor has a room for each of you, Erica and Boyd share a room, as does Ethan and Jackson, Lydia and Aiden, then Isaac and Liam have their own, but your welcome to share if you'd like." Stiles takes a breath and continues, "The third floor has mine and Derek's room, along with a study for him, and a huge library full of supernatural books, there is a basement, for full moons in we need or we can convert it into something else, but we will cross that bridge when it comes."

"Can we see our rooms?" Isaac is the one to ask.

Stiles smiles, "Duh."

And every beta took off running, shoving each other up the stairs.

"Why?" Derek asked.

"Why what?" Stiles asked confused.

"Why did you have this." Derek motions around the house, "built?"

"Because, we're married for one, this is a present. And two you're a alpha now, a successful alpha I might add, we all can't stay at the loft forever, plus this gives us privacy, the wolves can train and run free, as can you. You deserve to have nice things, Derek. And it's fitting that we have our pack in the preserve, I know there's bad memories, because of that bitch, but we can make new happy memories."

"Thank you." Derek whispered, capturing Stiles' lips.

"You're welcome big guy, now, Peter wants to ask you something."
