She grabbed the hurt hand and he winced in pain.

"You're not fine Alex. I'll just put on some compression bandage."

"That's not necessary Kim, I said I'm fine." He insisted stubbornly. He couldn't have a bandage on during the red carpet ceremony. She sighed and put back the first aid box.

He took out his tie and tried knotting it, but it seemed impossible. Without a word, she took the tie from him. She stood on tip toe as she knotted the tie. He looked down at her, staring at her face as she concentrated on the tie. Once she was done, she looked up at him. As if realizing their proximity, her eyes widened in surprise. He stared at her lips, his pulse accelerating. Slowly she removed her hand from the tie. She stepped back from him but he stopped her, pulling her closer to him. She fell on his chest, her eyes even wider than before.

"W-what do you think y-you're doing?" She stuttered.

He pulled her by her left hand and crashed his lips on hers. He didn't know if it was the alcohol, but this sudden urge to kiss her was really strong. She responded immediately to his kiss. He deepened the kiss, seeking dominance with his tongue. She tasted really good. He was getting drunk from tasting her. She pulled on his hair, moaning into his mouth. He groaned in response, kissing her with all urgency. He turned her around so he had her pinned on the wall.

They broke free from the kiss to gasp for air. He was getting lost in her eyes. Lifting his right hand, he gently caressed her cheeks. Bringing his lips close to her, he kissed her neck. He bit on the sensitive part. Her moan resonated in the room. Grabbing

her roughly, he kissed her passionately, and she matched it with violent kisses of her own. He fondled with her breast, feeling her pulse pick up faster than before. She grabbed his shirt, trying to cover up whatever space they had between them.

A knock on the door interrupted them and they pulled apart. She straightened her clothes and hair. Alex tucked in his shirt which was sticking out in every direction. His hair was disheveled. She quickly helped him and straightened his tie. They both brushed their hair quickly with their hands. Kim answered the door with shaky hands.

"Ryan!" She called out breathlessly.

"Are you okay?" Ryan asked taking in her appearance.

"Ah, yes I am. Come in." She invited him in quickly, not knowing what else to say. He eyed her suspiciously but went in anyway.

"Get my suit Kim," Alex ordered. Quickly she picked up the suit and held it for him.

"Ready already?" Alex asked Ryan while he put on his suit. "Yeah. Decided we could all just go together."

"You know I have a date right?" Kim felt offended and jealous about the question. But she just bit her swollen lips and kept shut.

"I'll be right behind you."

"Then it's fine". He answered checking himself out in the mirror. "Quick question though, what's with the both of you?"

Kim's eyes widened and she turned around to look at Alex. "What do you mean?" Alex asked in the calmest voice ever. "You guys just look em..", Ryan looked at the both of them but shook his head, "never mind, it's probably nothing."

Alex didn't say anything to his brother, he just gave him a raised brow.

"Is everything good?" He asked her. She gave him a thumbs up. They entered the limousine, while Ryan took a mustang that was right behind.

"Here", she said dusting some powder on his face. Before she could sit down back on her seat, he held her by the elbow. Her chest threatened to bust because of her frantic heart. He leaned in to say something, his hot breath fanning her face.

"We'll definitely get to finish what we started. I'll make sure you enjoy every bit of it".

Her legs felt weak as he whispered those words huskily to her. At least he still wanted her. That thought kept her going throughout the night. She ignored the puppy eyes that Sophie threw at him. Or the way he held her waist, pulling her close to him. She hated

how the red carpet host kept implying they had something. Maybe they did have something. She was hurt and angry at the thought. She gritted her teeth and tried ignoring the way he smiled at her, probably whispering sweet nothings to her. She stood in the shadows shooting daggers at them. She was just a PA, she didn't have any influence whatsoever. How she wished she was the one in his arms right now. She just hoped to God that he wouldn't turn out cold the next day.

She woke up quite late the next morning. They had slept in a hotel after the movie premiere. She stretched and picked up her phone to check the time. She saw a message from Alex. Her senses shot up, the sleep disappearing from her eyes.

I bet you must be very tired, you could take the day off. Clear off my schedule.

She rolled her eyes. Even though she was tired, the last thing she wanted was a day off. It only meant she she won't be able to see his face that she yearned so much.

Another text came in from Alex.

You can order for breakfast. I know you're hungry.

Since when did he care so much? She smiled at the text nonetheless. She ordered breakfast immediately. He was right, she was famished. She left the hotel around noon. A taxi was already waiting for her when she stepped out. She gave the taxi driver her address and leaned back on the seat. She paid when they arrived at her place.

She dropped her things in her room and went to Tessa's room. "Tessa?" She called.

"Come in," Tessa shouted from inside.

She went into the room. Her sister was sprawled out on the bed, her phone in her hand.

"You're not ready yet?"

"Didn't even know you were back." "Got back a few minutes ago."

"So tell me," Tessa said getting up, "how was the movie premiere? I need all the juicy details."

"There's nothing really to talk about. It was cool I guess. Lots of celebrities."

"Why is there a blush on your face?" Tessa asked pinching Kim's cheeks.

Kim cleared her throat. "Well, we kinda made out." Tessa gasped. "Shut the fuck up!"

"Why are you so loud Tess?"

"We're literally the only ones here", Tessa said rolling her eyes. "So you kissed him huh? How was it?"

Kim sighed dreamily. "It was amazing. And guess what, he said he was going to finish what he started."

Tessa slapped Kim's arm excitedly. "I'm so happy for you sis."

"Yeah," Kim answered her brows creased. "I do hope it's not a game, I just can't help being without him."

"You love him?"

"I can't really classify it as love," Kim denied. "You do Kim. It's written all over your face." "Is it?"

"Yeah Kim, in bold letters even." "Whatever."

"Did you call dad?"

"Yes I did. Now get your lazy up." Tessa groaned but stood up. Kim left Tessa's room to hers. Good thing she took an extra pair of clothing, she didn't have to change again. Tessa came out not long after. They stepped out together to a cafe not quite from the house. They ordered a large pizza and two cans of soda.

"So what do you plan on doing, since today is your day off?" Tessa asked munching away on her pepperoni pizza.

"We could go watch a movie, you know have some girl time. With everything happening right now- work, your school and dad's sickness- I think we deserve a break."

"You forgot to add love," Tessa said teasingly.

"No one is in love Tessa," Kim told Tessa, frustrated. "That's what she says now."
