"He is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!! I never though you could get a boy like that Chole." Marlene screamed.

I rolled my eyes. Give it to Marlene to mess up my whole social life. Great. Lynn came walking over and slung his arm around me. He seemed relaxed at this. Like we actually were a couple. That perv.

I tried to push him away but I terribly failed. Making Marlene think it was even 'cuter'. I hate my life. Oh I bet now, NOW she's gonna whip out her phone and start taking pictures. Then send it to everyone she knows leading it to be announced to the whole school we were a 'couple.'

As if on cue she did.

"Aww, soo adorable!!! EEEK!!! I wonder what the whole world will think of you 2 as a couple. Simply ADORABLE!!" Marlene gushed.

I rolled my eyes. Somehow I managed to slip from Lynn's grasp and sat on the grass. I knew Marlene had her modeling soon, or she wanted to stop by at Aunt Belinda. Hopefully somethings gonna come up. Then I can get out of this mess and beat the living hell outta Lynn.

"When do you have to leave?" I asked weakly.

"Depends on when Auntie Belinda needs me, could call any second. But my magazine modeling is starting next week. Bikini modeling for calendars just finished. So I'm oh so utterly FREE!!! I might as well spend the night here. Marlene said.

"And the commercials and being a back up actor things are next week too. It'll be soo cool. Like I'm watching an episode of Degrassi and like, OMG its ME!!! See? I'm in the background at the party!!" Marlene continued.

I prayed for a miracle. Anything. Anything to make her leave. Its not that I hate her. Its that its a BAD time to be discussing boys. Or more like ALL THE TIME is a bad time to be discussing boys. Sheesh. I find it hard to believe that we're even somehow in the same family. Then again, that's how family works right?

"So...you model then?" Lynn asked raising his eyebrows.

Yes... hit on her not me!!!! Though, I'll be sorry for Marlene, that'd get him off me. If only Marlene would start bragging about everything. Then he'd be away from me for a while. At least.

"Yea. I've even been in Hellcats before. Also one of the background people in Twilight: New Moon. Isn't that cool? Plus I get free clothes and swimwear and jewlery since either they don't want to sell stuff I wear or it has a defect in it. " Marlene answered.

"That's great. Are there a lot of people at these..photoshoots and stuff?" Lynn asked. I wonder if he's the perverted type...

"Well not really. You have to be picked. And don't be flattered by me. I only got in by fault. Remember Chole? You showed me those photoshoot things and we went together. You were the first pick but you refused to model. So since I was the one who was going to be back up, I got in." Marlene said, smiling sweetly.

Damn it!!! I wanted to hit my head against a brick wall. I completely forgot about that part. Well, a few years ago Marlene would come over all the time and it annoyed the hell outta me. So I thought bringing her to modeling lessons and all that would keep her away. She was too scared to go to the lessons herself so I went with her.

During the lessons, I had intrinsic talent for modeling apparently. I was at the top of the class. When they told everyone who was going to be modeling for the agency, my name was called first. I did NOT want to model, at ALL so I dropped out. Meaning Marlene would get in. And now... after all these years...karma's fighting back at me.

"Really?" Lynn said, looking at me.

I realized that his arm was still around me. I was disgusted by the fact I forgot it was there.

Before I could open my mouth Marlene answered, " Of COURSE!!! Why would I lie about that?"

I rolled my eyes. Thinking of all the wonderful reasons why she would.

"Well, I have to go now! Aunt Belinda told me she needed help with something. I think it was shopping or going clubbing. Ah well, BYEE!!" Marlene screamed as she randomly started walking away.

I thanked god. She was gone for the time being. But its weird how she was just here for a few minutes.

I still remembered that Lynn's arm was around me so I did the first thing I could do. I pushed him hard and he fell down. I thought he was going to fall on the grass though. Instead, part of his head hit the sidewalk. Not a good thing...

I saw a small amount of blood forming.
