It felt like a dream coming true.
After all these months spending time with each other and searching for Sukuna's fingers, Yuuji had finally asked you out.
When he came up to you blushing furiously and rubbing the back of his head, you were sincerely worried to say the least.
"What's wrong Yuuji? Are you feeling okay?" you asked him softly, making him stare at your beautiful (e/c) orbs with a loving expression.
A questioning look took over your face and you raised an eyebrow at him, while an awkward smile appeared on your lips.
"Well?" you questioned once more, making him snap out of his thinking. He shook his head and took a deep breath before closing his eyes and blurting out incoherent words.
"Umm, could you... repeat that Yuuji?" you asked him, slightly chuckling at the end of your sentence.
Yuuji opened his eyelids and straightened his posture, looking straight into your expectant eyes.
"Will you go out on a date with me (Y/N)?" he asked you confidently this time, making your eyes widen and your jaw drop.
A few awkward moments passed with you starring at Yuuji and him starring back at you. When he received no answer, he chuckled and slightly frowned with his head hunging low.
"It's okay, I don't mind if you don't want to go out with me" he sadly exclaimed and turned on his heel walking away from you feeling embarrassed.
Watching him turn around, made you finally come back to your senses, as you started sprinting towards him, making him turn around hearing your hurried footsteps. You stopped in front of him and hugged him as tightly as you could.
