Chapter 20

Osamu pov 

It was the first day of our last year of high school if I'm being honest I'm kind of sad to say that it's our last year of high school I stepped out of Atsumu car and made my way to the gym where we play volleyball we still can't play since we got three weeks left but that still doesn't mean that we cant watch our team mates play 

I walked into the gym and was greeted by Aran he was the only one here right now I smiled and told him good morning before making my way up to the part of the gym where visitors come to sit down to watch us play games 

I watched as the rest of my team mates came in followed by a few first years who we're trying out I'm excited to see who we pick for the team this year 

I'm pretty excited that I'll be fully healed soon just in time for nationals we're totally gonna win this year I can feel it 

Time skip to lunch 

I made my way over to my usual table Aran , Atsumu and Suna were already sitting down at the table I smiled and sat down 

Am I the only one excited to see how the first years do this year ? 

No 

No 

Nope 

I really hope we get some talented players that are better than Kageyama and Hinata we need to beat their quick attack 

We really do that's why me and Kita have been going over strategies on how to over power them we're gonna try a few new moves as soon as you and Atsumu are fully healed 

I smiled sounds like a plan 

Lunch went by rather quickly I was saying goodbye to my boyfriend and Aran as me and Tsumu went to our next class since we had it together 

The rest of the day went rather quickly I was on my way to my brothers car when I seen that blonde Idiot trip over someone foot from not paying attention I shook my head and went over to him 

Are you okay idiot 

I'm fine 

Okay lets go 

We made our way to his car so we can go home the ride home was rather silent I got out the car and headed inside the house our parents weren't home yet I slipped my shoes off and headed to my room 

I laid down on my bed and sighed today was rather draining but when isn't school draining ? I'm just happy that it's our last year and next semester will be in college 

I'm still trying to figure out my major though there's just so many to chose from that it's hard to decide which one i want 

I heard my phone beep I unlocked it to see that it was the team group chat 

Kita : Hey guys so I need help assessing the first years try outs who want's to help 

Omimi : I nominate the Miya twins 

Ginjima : I second that 

Aran : I also agree that the Miya twins should help since they can't play yet 

Me: I guess i'll help out 

I hit send and locked my phone I hate assessing new players because it's hard to choose whose gonna make the team and whose not it's not an easy job because you hurt peoples feelings when you don't choose them fuck my life 

I heard my stomach growl so I got up and went downstairs to make me some food it seemed that my twin thought the same thing because he just sat down two plates filled with fatty tuna I thanked him for the food before sitting down I began to eat 

So did you see the group chat Tsumu 

No I was busy cooking why what happened 

We got stuck on Assessing the try outs since we can't play yet the others said it's only fair 

Ugh I fucking hate assessing try outs it's not fun picking and choosing who makes the team and who doesn't who volunteered us to do it because I swear I'm gonna cuss them out when I find out 

Ginjima , Omimi and Aran 

Ugh their so dead this fucking sucks

I finished eating I got up and placed my dish in the dishwasher I thanked my brother again before heading into my room I closed my door and got my clothes ready for a shower it was a lot easier showering now than what it was when I first had surgery 

I placed my clean clothes on the sink and my dirty clothes in the hamper I got into my shower and turned on the warm water 

15 minuets later 

I shut the water off and wrapped my towel around my waist I walked over to my sink and looked into the mirror my chest is healing a lot better than I expected I always heard bad things about top surgery healing how it's a horrible process and what not I brushed my teeth real quick before getting dressed into my pj's 

Once I was done I shut my bathroom light off and walked over to my bed I put my phone on the charger before pulling my blanket over me and falling asleep
