Jealously (A NaLu fanfic)

Chapter 14

I sat in my house, feet touching the wooden flooring. Natsu and Samuel had gone off to train, although I'd hoped it'd be a "bonding time". I looked over and saw Lunar, twirling her hair around her finger, lost in thought.

"Lunar?"

"Y-yes?" She looked up, startled.

"If you're my sister, is my father your father?"

She paused. "No, Lucy. I never knew my father. He left when I was very little. But...we do have another sister. Did. She died in combat ages ago."

Letting out a depressed "oh", I threw myself on the bed.

"What was her name?"

Lunar bit the edge of her lip. "Leila, I think. From what mother has told me, she was very beautiful and very strong." She grinned. "Kinda like you."

I blushed, and looked away.

"But Lucy-Neesan, I have a question..." Her voice was quiet, and seemed rather sad.

"Hmm?"

"Do you...yah know, love Samuel?"

She began twirling wisps of her neon blue hair around her finger so fast I was worried it'd snap off.

"No! I mean, he's a nice guy, but..." Lunar heard this and suddenly perked up. "I think I love someone else..." I drifted off.

"Oh? Is it Natsu?" Lunar said matter-of-factly.

"What the hell, Lunar!" I hissed, suddenly jumping up.

Lunar snickered. "You know I saw that little kiss scene, Neesan."

I began to blush, my face growing redder and redder. "Y-you...you what?!"

Suddenly, a boy with pink hair and his blonde haired companion suddenly bursted into the room, a small blue exceed tagging along. "Training over!" They all shouted simultaneously.

"Yah know Natsu I sa--" Lunar was cut off as I slammed her in the head with a frying pan.

"Did we...interrupt something?" Samuel said, arching an eyebrow.

"N-No! Everything's completely fine now! Everything!" I shrieked, startling the two boys and the exceed.

Lunar's unconscious body hit the ground and I let out a gasp of horror. "D-do you think I broke her?"

Samuel rolled his eyes while Natsu and Happy just watched, nearly doubling over with laughter.

"Here I'll just..." Samuel picked up Lunar with ease, "...do this and take her to the infirmary where she ca--"

But this time he was interrupted, with a smack in the face.

From Lunar.

"WHO HIT ME!" She yelled, suddenly jumping up and out of Samuel's grip. Then she saw Samuel, his nose beginning to bleed. "Oh, it's just you." She sighed.

"Just me?!" He yelled, clutching his bleeding nose. "I...I think you broke my nose."

"Good." She said, crossing her arms and looking away, although I could see she was smiling.

"You're a demon! Now I'll have to get a new nose job!"

Lunar began to snicker. "I knew it was fake."

I sighed and turned to Natsu and Happy, who were both beginning to catch their breath after the laughing session. (A/N: Happy wasn't with them when the whole incident with Lucy's mom happened, which is why he hasn't been in the story for awhile).

"And how was your day?"

Natsu and Happy both grinned. "Just fine. For some."

"Oh no."

"Oh no what?"

"What'd you do to him?"

"To who?"

"To Samuel! Did you put like exploding stuff in his lunch so by sundown he'll be nothing but a gooey mess? Burn down his house? Slaughter any living relatives left and his only trusted friend, his cow Petunia?"

"Who do you take me for?" Natsu asked, sounding a tad offended.

"Natsu."

Happy flew up to me. "No, we didn't do anything to Samuel. But we did--"

Happy was suddenly pulled back by Natsu, who was blushing slightly.

"You dumb cat," he growled. "Aye!" Happy replied.

My doorbell was suddenly rung, so I ran away from the two and rushed to get it.

The mailman handed me a bouquet and promptly left in a flash of magic.

Studying it, I smiled. In messy letters it read: 'To: Luce.' And 'From Natsu'.

The flowers were a pale pink, that matched my guild mark and Natsu's hair.

"He liiikkkeeesss you," Happy said, only to be knocked out by a blushing Natsu.

Lunar ran up to me and grinned deviously as she saw what I was holding before I could hide it.

"So is it official?"

"What?" Natsu and I both said in unison.

"Am I gonna be an auntie soon?"

Author's Note: this was more of a filler/ship chapter, I'll try to get into the action on the next chapter. I mean Lucy just got back from finding out her mother was a Demon Queen, so she needed a break before I threw her into the Games. The picture I used is the closest thing I can find to Lunar, I hope she looks good enough. And most of all...I hope you all enjoyed and happy shipping! Personally I'm loving all the ships so far, NaLu and Lunar x Samuel (I don't have a ship name yet!) also one more thing. The dead sister's name, Leila, means 'night' or 'dark-haired'.
