17. Fated to be yours!

Karan threw his pillow on the floor in frustration as he just ended the call with his bhabhi.

Faizi who just entered the room got surprised seeing Karan's fowl mood when he seemed happy during dinner.

"Karan, kya hua? " He asked.

"Bhabhi.. " Karan uttered.

"Huh? " Faizi asked.

"Bhabhi ne koi ladki pasand ki hai mere liye! " Karan told him while sitting on his bed.

"Lekin tum toh monami-tsunami se pyaar karte ho! Tumne bataya nahi unhe? " Faizi said sitting across him.

"Koshish ki thi bataane ki lekin unhone suna hi nahi!"  He added.

"Toh ab? " Faizi asked the obvious.

"Ab kya? Us ladki mana karunga! Waise bhi kal raat ko milna hai Street food restaurant mei! " Karan told him.

"Aur agar ladki acchi hui toh? " Faizi asked.

"Woh sab mujhe nahi pata! Mai sirf itna jaanta hu ki mai Monami se pyaar karta hu toh kisi aur se shaadi ka toh sawaal hi nahi uthta! " Karan said with all seriousness.

"Aur Monami ko bataoge iske baare mei?" Faizi asked.

"Nahi! Woh bekaar mei upset ho jayegi! I will end this matter myself! " Karan said in a determined tone.

On the other hand Monami sighed in frustration sitting in her room.

"Ke huo Monami? " Sanju asked while she made her own bed.

"Papa ne meri shaadi kisi ke saath fix kar di hai! " Monami answered as she sat on her bed.

"Lekin tum aur Karan sir ji toh.. " Sanju got interrupted in between by Monami.

"Haa Sanju isliye toh mai pareshaan hu! Papa kabhi bhi meri baat nahi sunte, hamesha apna decision announce kar dete hai! " She complained.

"Toh ab? " Sanju asked.

"Mai toh mana kar dungi us ladke ko dekhte hi! " Monami told her the solution.

"Haa yo sahi rahogo! " Sanju said in a bit upset tone as she wished only happiness for Karan sirji and Monami.

"Hmm! Kal jaana hai milne waise us idiot ladke se kisi Street Food Restaurant mei! " Monami informed further.

"Aur Karan Sir ji ko bataogi tum iske baare mei? " She asked.

"No chance! Woh gussa hoke baith jayega! Mai apne tareeke se handle kar lungi aur agar kucch hua toh tumhe ya Sid ko call kardungi! " She told her.

Sanju nodded her head and then they both slept.

The next day, it was finally the time to meet the guy arranged for Monami. She felt jitters but tried calming herself down before entering the said restaurant.

On entering she found the booked table empty which meant the guy wasn't here.

'Oh no! Isse zada bura kya ho sakta hai? Abhi bhi time hai Monu, bhaag ja... No Monami focus! Tu Special Agent Karan Shergill ki girlfriend hai so be confident!' She thought before heading towards the table.
