Kei's POV
"I see. You're slacking off again.", I immediately snapped back from my thoughts when I heard his voice."Gregory...", I muttered. His eyes are focused on me however, when he noticed what I'm holding he came near me.
"Alice in Wonderland...?"
"Ah, someone just returned this book in returning area.", I answered.
"Have you already read it?", he asked.
I switched my gaze from Gregory to the book that I'm holding. I flipped every pages of the book as if skimming through it.
"A long time ago.", I replied to his question.
"Is that so?"
"Yeah"
"For some reason, Alice, the main character reminded me of that guy."
"That guy...?", I looked at him confusedly.
"Yes, the one who keeps on annoying you."
Since he mentioned the word 'annoying' only one person comes in my mind.
"So what about him?", I asked with my most uninterested tone.
"How was Alice ended being caught up in the conflict of the Wonderland's problem?"
"Isn't it because she followed the white rabbit?"
"Yes, but why?", with his questions I realized what he's trying to say. I sighed as I closed the book.
"Curiosity"
"Exactly. And that's why 'that' person is very drawn to you.'
"Did you think I'm not aware about that fact?", he gave me an unamused look.
"Knowing you of course you would already figured it out."
"Then why open such stupidly annoying topic?", I asked out of annoyance.
"Why are you letting him?", my eyebrows furrowed at his question.
"Letting? What are you talking about?"
"What I mean is, why are you letting him meddle in your life?"
"Do I look like I'm letting him? Are you shitting me now, Greg?"
"If not, then why are you still sticking with him?"
"Hold up. HE'S the one who keeps on sticking to me. Not me."
"I believe you have your ways on how to throw someone who wouldn't be of use to you.", I went silent for a moment of what he said.
"Don't tell me...you're falling for him?"
"Don't joke with me, Greg. I'd rather fall from a building than fall for him."
"It's easy to say something like that but, you wouldn't know..."
"So what the hell are you trying to point out to me?"
"...", he didn't speak. He's just looking at me.
"Haah. Even though we're interacting with each other it doesn't mean that he's special to me.", Gregory sighed at my response.
"Sometimes, it's very dangerous for others when you started feeling bored."
