chapter 15: hunting him down!

Chara pov.
"Hey. Do you know this man?" I show him a picture. I found it in frisk drawer. She must have been carrying it for years. The man looks at it. Man: "sorry miss. I don't think I seen him before. But I might with a little encouragement~" I grab the photo and continue with my work. Right now I'm working at grillby bar. Grillby said that if I work with him that he can pay me and I can get information about Barry Anderson. I had to leave the house. I remember when frisk didn't want me to go.
*flash back*
I got my car ready that I place in our garage. I put my stuff in the back seat. I open the front seat door. "Here you go boogie"  he used his Vines to get inside of the car. I was about to close the door. I saw frisk slowly walk to us. I turn around to Her. "Are you alright sweetie?" She grab my hand and place it on her face. Frisk: "please. Dont go" *sigh* "come on sweetie. You know this is important" I told her that I would be looking for a job. That it might take me a week. Frisk: "I know I told you to find a job so that your not bored i don't want you to be gone for a week!" Man she doesn't know how cute she sounds. I want to stay but. "I know sweetie but you always work. Always making sure we have a home to stay in. I need to start earning my keep" she hug me tight. "Sweetie. Please" she won't let me go. She really worried about me. My God i love her. I hug her. "I love you so much. I don't know how or why you fall for me. But I am so glad to have falling for you" she started crying. My God now I want to stay. But this needs to happen. "Sweetie. I want you to not work your self to death. I don't want to lose you again" I want to hold her forever. I want her to live her life where she can be happy and safe. I want her to be mine not his. Than she gave me a quick kiss. Man I love her lips. I could kiss her and never pull back. But I need to do this. I have to free her. Frisk: "please. Be careful" I put my hand on her face. "You know I can't be lose. If anyone wants to fight. They be heading to the hospital" she laughed. Frisk: "don't you think that what I'm worry about" I started laughing. She always look out for others that don't know who they are messing with. "I'll be alright sweetie. I'll be back at the end of the week. I promise" she let go and back up. Frisk: "I know. I'll be waitting for you. Me and my butt" now I really need to get this over with. Her ass is waitting. I got in the car. Boogie: "later frisk. I'll take good care of her" I started the car. I wave at frisk. I began driving. Boogie: "so what your plan?" My plan. "Easy. Get information of where he is. Find him. Make him suffer. Than kill him" boogie: "your serious right? Where are you even going to get your information? I can't think of any humans that are going to help" it not like I'm going to ask them. "All humans are on my shit list. Frisk is the only human I'll accept. Beside it not a human I'm going to see" he looked at me. Boogie: "than who? Do you know someone?" Yep. The only one that I know and trust before frisk came. "His name is grillby"
*back to the present*
Since than I been working as a waiter. Honestly I don't think it bad. Only when the human keep keep hands to them self. Wearing this outfit is not helping either. As I was placing orders. One of the guys put there hand on my butt. I looked a him. "Remove that hand or I'll remove it. Permanently" he started laughing. I hate it when no one takes me serious. I grab his hand and flipped him over and slam him into the ground. I put a knife to his hand. I went to cut it off. Grillby: "chara" I looked at grillby. Grillby: "order for table 6" I let go and unsummon my knife. After awhile the place is empty. I turn the sign on the door to close. Grillby: "were you able to find some information about this Barry guy?" Not as much as I hope for. "Well so far all of got was that he runs a business. That he has multiple girls. And he really rich" I'm more angry about the girl part. We are not property! Grillby: "but should be alright. Do you know what his business is?" Let me remember. "He runs a women's product business. I can see where he got all the girls from" I guess that where I'll start at. Grillby: "you head to where you are staying. I'll finish up here. Beside you have a big day tomorrow" why us he helping me? "I don't know why you are helping me. I mean you were always the type to never get into other people business. But why mine?" He stop moving. Grillby: "many years ago. After you came down here I had a daughter. She looks like but her fire was green. She was nice and kind to everyone. But than monsters turn mad and started hurting each other. One came at her and......killed her" I remember that was a big horror for the underground. But no one care. They all said that the weak dies and the strong lives. That what the underground used to be. Grillby: "that why I shut my self away. To not be apart of something I don't want too" but that doesn't explain why help me. "So why are you helping me?" Grillby: "because. It about time I start helping the saviors" great. Don't tell me the monsters are calling me a savior. "Anyway. I guess I'll head off now. See you tomorrow?" Grillby: "come when you want. After all you still have something to finish" he right. I should focus on that first. I waved and left. I walked to a hotel I'm staying at. Lucky I have alot of gold that I save up from my years in the underground. I walk inside and went up the stairs. I open the door to my place. It not bad but I miss my place. Boogie is outside. "Hey boogie" he looked at me and smiled. Boogie: "Chara! I didn't see you get here. How are you?" I made my hand glow and lift him up. "Good I guess. What about you?" I don't like to say this infront of frisk. But I enjoy his company. He the only one that knows what I'm doing is for frisk. Boogie: "now bad. But I wish I was at home. You don't get people screaming a talking flower" I started laughing. "What do you expect! No one would have seen a talking flower!" I finish laughing. I lift him inside. I walk over to a table. I looked at all the information I got over the last three days. Each one pointing to his businesses. All of them is about female products. I don't know what this guy deal is. But he really is a freak. It said he picks up girls and they live with him forever. From the people that hear of him is that he also goes around buying girls from family's. Just like frisk. The rest is about how rich he is. He has alot of money to the point that he can buy two city's. What does he even do with it? I don't think he gets his money from these business. There must be a different way. I have to figure it out. I spend the rest of my time trying to connect things together. Boogie: "come on Chara. Let head for bed. You earn it" he right. For the past three days I been doing this. Time to get some shut eye. Let hope I can have a normal sleep. I lie down in my bed. I took off my coat and pants. I sleep with bike short and a white t-shirt. I looked at the roof. "His frisk called?" Boogie: "yeah. So was making sure if you were alright. I told her about you found a job" she must be really happy. Bootie: "I have to lie to her that you have to do some work to show that you can work" boogie has my back. "Thanks boogie. For agreeing with me" he smiled. Boogie: "of course. I want to help frisk. I may not be strong but I will do everything I can to keep her save" I couldn't a agree more. I remember first meeting them. I hated them both so much. Mostly frisk. Boogie he was trying to keep me from going near frisk.  Even trying to stop me from touching her. He put his own life on the line. Now I come to respect boogie. A flower that has done alot of bad things but he still wants to do something good for once. You can say that nothing but stupidity but at least he trying. If he didn't protected her. I may not have falling in love with her. "Night boogie" boogie: "night chara. Let hope we can find him soon" Agree. I want to be back to frisk. Whenever I'm away from her. I feel like I'm going to become what I used to be. I'm scared to become that person. I want to be what frisk wants me to be. I close my eyes letting sleep take over. I hope we can find him soon.
*next morning*
"No stop!!" I shouted but my voice can't can't heard. I watch him as he does frisk. She try to tell him to stop but he only laughs. I try to stop him but I'm being hold like I'm stuck. He keep doing her that I can see alot of her tears. If he doesn't stop she is going to die! "Please stop! Please stop hurting her!!" I beg and beg for him to stop but he didn't listen. All he did was smile. I close my eyes to hide the image. I open them. I'm looking at the room of the place I'm in. Great. Another nightmare. Ever since I left frisk these nightmares are hunting me. They always show me frisk and Tha guy Barry. He doing bad things to her. I had to watch it as she cry her eyes out. I rub my eyes. I smell something cooking. Boogie must be cooking again. I got up. I walk where the stoves are. "Your cooking again? You know I can right?" He looked at me. Boogie: "can't blame me when your a Heavy sleeper" well can't stop me. I been a heavy sleeper since I was little. Boogie finished it and we started eating. After awhile I finished and place my plate into the sink. "Want to come with me?' Boogie nodded. He grab my arm and attached him self to it. I left my place and went outside. I was walking down the street. Boogie: "you know I wish people would stop looking at me. I know I am a talking flower!" That a life as a flower I guess. I continue walking looking around. I must say the weather today is not bad. I'll take a short walk than go to one of Barry business. Boogie: "incoming Chara!" Hm? I feel something hitting me. Instead of knocking me over it didn't even hurt. I look Down to see who hit me. It a girl? ???: "ah! I'm sorry I didn't see you there!" She quick got up.  What the hell is she? She looks like a human. But her ears are furry. Is she a monster? Or a human? "Watch where your going next time. You may bump into the wrong person" I mean it must have hurt. ???: "your right and I'm very sorry!" She started bowing. OK now she being weird. "Ok. I guess I can over look it" I don't like showing kindness but frisk would want me too. Rabid: "thank you! My name is rabid! I was on my way to met a friend!" Ok. Why do I have to know? "Ok. Well goodluck" I walk past her. She ran back infront of me. "That was quick!" She grab my hand. Rabid: "you look bored! Do you want to hangout!" Why is she happy? Honestly it a bit creepy. "Sorry but I'm just want to be alo-" than she started pulling me. Rabid: "come! I'll introduce you ti my friend!" I looked at boogie. He has no idea what going on as well. Who ever this is dragged us all the way to what looks like a park. She pulled me towards someone. Rabid: "ruby! Hey!" She waving at someone. Rabid let go of me and ran up to what I think is her friend. Ruby: "rabid. You were supposed to be here an hour ago. What took you so long?" Rabid: "I got distracted!" My God why is she cheerful! Today is going to be my worst day ever. Ruby: "who that?" Rabid: "this is someone I just met!" I really don't know what to do. I'll just wave. "Yo" ruby: "you just met her. And you took her all the way here? Sometimes you worry me" sound like she knows what rabid does. That other girl or boy whatever the hell they look like I'm just going to go with girl walk up to me. Ruby was there name I heard. Ruby: "*sigh* sorry about that. For some reason when she met someone new and that looks like there bored. She goes and want to cheer them up" so I'm not the first. I really need to get back to what I'm doing. "Yeah. Well I'm really busy today. I'll take my leave" I turn around. Ruby: "yeah sorry about that. Later" she turn around. Rabid: "isn't she cool!" My God she cheerful. Too cheerful. Ruby: "you remember why I ask you to come here right?" Rabid: "right!! Uh. What was it again?" Ruby: "*sigh* We are going to look for Barry Anderson" I stopped. Boogie: "what?" What?

Liquid: there we go. It out. Rabid and ruby are going to be apart of this story. They belong to two of my best readers rabidpanda6 and littleundertalelover.
