Hey guys! Sorry I couldn't post yesterday; my Wi-Fi was down for the count. But I'm here so, never fear for I AM HERE.
Akaashi cupped Bokuto's jaw and took a deep breath. Their first kiss was rushed; frenzied by long suppressed love but this time, Akaashi was determined to take his time savouring his fortune. His eyes fluttered closed as their noses tickled each other lightly.
A shiver resonated through him as his warm lips grazed Bokuto's ice cold ones. He pulled away from Bokuto, looking at him before leaning back into him.
Their lips were millimetres away from each other when the faint sound of chatter jerked them awake from their lustful stupor. Bokuto and Akaashi pulled away from each other at lightning speed, craning their neck to see who was coming their way.
Bokuto vaguely thought about the state of them. Akaashi straddling his hips in a very suggestive way, and him, with his hands on Akaashi's hips, longing for more.
But all this was pushed aside as they caught a glimpse of dirty blonde hair parading down the boulevard with a short, energetic boy peering in every crack and crevice the park had to offer.
"Oh crap, it's Akinori and Haru-'' Bokuto muttered under his breath and Akaashi stood up quickly, dusting off his uniform in an attempt to look presentable. They both ran their hands through their hair and Bokuto slapped his cheeks, shaking his head, trying to get rid of the deep blush that coated his cheeks.
"Hey!" called Bokuto, waving Konoha and Komi over. Konoha gasped in disbelief and ran faster than Bokuto had ever seen him run before. "YOU DONKEY! BUTTWAD! DIPSHIT!" Konoha screeched. "Language," chided Komi, running up from behind him. Bokuto disappeared underneath Konoha and Komi as they tackled him to the ground, leaving Akaashi standing awkwardly beside them.
Bokuto laughed, the ring of his usual innocence floating through the air. As if the lustful, powerful boy faded away with every crinkle of his eyes. Akaashi took deep breaths, calming himself down. He had come so, so close today.
The rekindling of his feelings only made him more confused than ever, and now, he was lost in a sea of turbulent emotions he knew no one could quell.
Bokuto pushed Komi off of his stomach and sat up, grinning. Konoha glared at him, his hands on his hips and huffed. "First, you run away from the konbini," Konoha snarled, putting a finger up. "Oh,," he continued, raising another finger.
"You and Keiji also interrupt a wonderful conversation I was having with the cute cashier, and then you disappear, making me and Komi walk for hours to find you. And then you weren't even where you said you'd be!" he finished, throwing his hands in the air in exasperation.
Bokuto laughed sheepishly, rubbing the back of his neck. "Y-Yeah, sorry about that," he said, a faraway look in his eyes.
Stealing a quick glance at Akaashi, Bokuto put his arm around Konoha, sighing. "What is it, Cap'?" Komi asked, perkily. Bokuto hesitated, deep in thought and he blushed furiously. "Nope, no nothing!" he said laughing again.
Konoha furrowed his brows and crossed his arms. Does he really think I'm that stupid?, he thought. That's kind of an insult. He brushed Bokuto's arm off and picked up his bag from off the grass, handing it to Bokuto. "We better go now. It's... 7:30," Konoha said, checking his watch. He eyed Bokuto lazily as he slung his bag over a shoulder and tugged on his blazer.
"Yup! Let's go!" Bokuto smiled, not moving an inch. Komi cocked an eyebrow quizzically. "Ok? Come on, then," he said incredulously. Bokuto nodded, smiling and stood there, feet planted firmly on the ground.
