Miles's POV

"Good morning, everyone. It's a lovely day. Why is everyone looking so gloomy?" I looked at my husband who is currently browsing his phone.
"Baby, good morning." I greeted him.

"Good morning!" He didn't spare a glance. So cold. I feel ugly. I am kidding. I don't feel ugly at all. Never.

"Baby, good morning," I repeated with more energy.

He stood up. "Good morning, baby! I love you." He kissed me.
That's it. I don't wanna see him changing his treatment towards me.

Our schedule for our 25th wedding is supposed to be next week but we pushed the date after Ira gives birth. We renew our vows yearly. It feels like our first wedding every time.

Being with Kaiden Colleen is the best decision in my life. He brings out the best in me.

I was so insecure growing up but he made me realize how beautiful I am.
He makes me feel like I am the most beautiful person on Earth. Cade is like a thick wall protecting me from any harm. I am always safe when I am with him. They said Cade is a toxic guy to be with, they are wrong. I could not agree with them. He is the most patient guy I have ever known.
No matter how hard my head is, Cade is always patient with me. He always boosts my confidence and it's flowing now.

"I told you to stop replying with Mix. You are not listening." He puts his phone down on the table.

How did he find out? I deleted it.

"If you are curious, let me just remind you that your account is active on my phone too. Why so eager to chat back with him?"

"Ouch, damn...my migraine. I am okay. Don't worry about me. I think I just need to go back to sleep again. I am fine, baby. It's just a headache." I told my husband.
I just replied when Mix asked about how old is Candy now.

"I told you to rest, right? What time did you sleep again? I was supposed to meet someone today but I'll stay here instead to take care of you."

"Papa said we are not allowed to go out. Are you listening?" I yelled at him.

"I thought your head is aching? So can we talk about last night now?" Cade asked.

"Did you see my reply? I just said Candy is 7."

"But still. You know who is with him, right?" He is furious now.

I don't wanna even mention the name starting with S.

"I am sorry." I need to sincerely apologize. My migraine drama is not effective anymore.

"You rest, okay?"

"Not mad at me, baby?"

"Since when did I get mad at you?" He asked.

Every freaking time. You dig bick!!!

"Spend the day with me, okay?"
We just rested in our room.

Boring!

"Kian sent money to my account again," I told Cade.

"Just accept it. He is the father."
My husband said.

"Just let him enter here then," I told him.

"Respect Ira's decision too. He can meet the baby when everything is fine. For now, it's better this way. I already talked to Ira and he said he doesn't want to involve Kian. You know the threats. It's dangerous. I will talk to Kian tomorrow and ask him for more money. Ira eats a lot nowadays. His tummy is so huge." He laughed.
