I had finally gotten Aiden, off to sleep turning his night light on I quietly left the room closing the door leaving it slightly open so mum could keep an eye on him.
"Clary are you ready?"
I walked into the lounge just in time to see my mum give Clary, what looked like a paper weight of some sort. Turning to me she handed one that was very similar, taking it with a hint of confusion looking over to Clary raising my brow.
"You look hot"
"Thanks"
I smile to myself looking down at my simple but elegant outfit.

Ever since having Aiden, I lost all confidence in my body but I was slowly starting to love myself again

Ever since having Aiden, I lost all confidence in my body but I was slowly starting to love myself again.

Turning back to my mum I raised the item she had given me my eyebrows scrunched in confusion.
"What am I suppose to do with this?"
Clary was sat on the chair behind giggling struggling to put her shoes on.
"It's called a Stele, it will help protect you and your sister"
Looking past her over to my sister who was still struggling to put her shoes on.
"From what exactly?"
Before she could answer the door flew open to reveal my mums close friend Luke, he walked over giving me a quick side hug before heading over to Clary and handing her what I suppose is a birthday present. Placing the stele in my bag I made my way over to the slightly open door peaking my head through to see the rise and fall of Aiden's chest, smiling I walked over placing a quick kiss to his forehead before tucking him in and leaving his room once again to find Simon, had already arrived.

Simons gig had finally finished so we were all sitting atop of his van while Clary was doing what she does best, Art. She was currently spraying Simons new band name on the side of his van, leaving me with Simon talking about some aliens and what not, not really my thing. Jumping down I stood with my hands in my back pockets watching Clary in a trance doing her work, she was so talented I don't know where she got it from.

Once she had finished she stood back to admire her work.
"What's that symbol?"
Looking to where Simon was pointing I noticed the new symbol that Clary must have painted, it looked familiar I just couldn't think of where I d seen it before.
"Weird, I didn't even mean to draw that. Second time today."
Scratching her head she just looked to me raising her brows before she was falling into my arms, quickly catching her I looked behind her to see a head of blonde hair catching himself.
"Jesus Christ, do you think you could be more carefully, there's a whole side walk there you know"
Rolling my eyes I checked to see if Clary, was okay before she turned around and gave him a peace of her mind.
"Wait you can both see me"
"What is with people thinking their invisible today, that's the second person that's asked me that"

I zone out of their conversation not really interested in what he had to say before a voice from behind shouts out.
"Jace"
I look to where the voice came from to see it was the guy from early, the blonde guy who I presume is Jace, runs off leaving me and my sister behind. I stand there watching as they both enter the clubs doors.

I'm so lost in thought I don't even realise I'm moving until I look down to see Clary dragging me in the direction the two mystery guys went in.
