Jennie couldn't help but crack a smile as she walked into your bedroom to find you in bed, sound asleep.
It's midnight and she just got home from Blackpink's practice in the studio. She was tired and a quite stressed out and the sight of you sleeping being the first thing she saw when she got home made her feel the weight on her shoulders just lift off.
She noticed half of your body was covered by the blanket and the other wasnt. You were wearing a hoodie that she quite often took from you and wore it herself, meaning it had her scent all over it and that brought a fuzzy feeling in her heart. Your lips were a little parted and your head tilted on the side with calm breaths falling from your lips as you slept, looking like an baby. So delicate.
She made her way towards your sleeping body, softly and slowly across the room so that she doesn't wake you up. She kissed your forehead so gently and softly, making you crack a smile in your sleep.
She wanted to lay right next to you right away. But she had to freshen up and wear something comfortable and not so sweaty. She stared at you for a few moment before walking to the washroom.
Gently closing the door, So the light wouldn't go through and wake you up. The bathroom lit up and she quickly showered before walking out and changing into her pajama.
She made her way next to you and turned the dim lights off that were left on before. She lied down and put her head onto your chest. She was exhausted and thought she will fall asleep in a matter of few seconds so she whispered goodnight to you and closed her eyes. She was restless but she couldn't fall asleep.
She got up and stared at you, suddenly wanting to hold you close to her chest. She bit her lip and moved closer to your face. The thought of disturbing your sleep made her feel very sad. But she was genuinely tired and she wanted you to hug her so badly so she could finally go to sleep.
She brushed her hand along your arm and whispered your name ever so softly. Slowly, you woke up and opened your eyes adjusting to the darkness and the slight light coming from the window.
"Yes, Jen, Why did you wake me up so early?." You mumbled and she just stared at you with sad and tired eyes
"I'm sorry. I just couldn't sleep." Suddenly, all the sleepiness in your eyes became the least important and you reached over to brush her hair. "What can I do?" You asked slowly caressing her hair.
"Cuddles?"
You nodded and moved your arms to wrap around her. She relaxed right away. She felt you covering her up with your blanket and it only made her heart swell more with happiness . She pressed her lips against you neck, feeling so comfortable now that she was in your arms. You rubbed her back as she buried her face in your shirt.
"Is something bothering you? You can tell me you know that?"
"Nope." She spoke. "I'm feeling better now."
"Hmm." You smiled against her forehead, making her smile too.
She was so relaxed and calmed down, when She felt your lips against her eyelids along her cheeks, nose and last but not least her lips and she held onto your arms like a little child..
"What would I be without you?" She asked glancing at you.
"You don't have to think about something that will never happen, go to sleep now."
"I love you." She said drifting off to sleep with a smile on her face, thankful that she has you to hold onto through everything.
