The day was a little windier than usual.

A gentle breeze kisses your face, whilst cool-colored leaves float by.

You push the metal door to the school's rooftop open.

A black-haired boy stood at the edge, his hand gripping the fence that kept him from falling.

You notice him turning his head in your direction.

He appeared to be aware of your presence.

" Oh, L/n-san, you've arrived!"

He smiles softly and places his hand on the nape of his neck.

A strong gush of wind blows between you, causing your skirt to flutter.

" Shit-"

You quickly tug your skirt and pat it down.

When you turn to look at the boy, he has his hands on his face and his ears are an obvious red.

" I'm sorry ! "

You wave your hands around indicating it was okay.

" So what did you call me up here for sano-kun? "

He hung his head low, keeping his hands in a tight fist.When he finishes that last sentence, his voice cracked.

" Sano-kun "

He raises his gaze to you, face flushed.

Goodness, he looks like he's about to cry.

" I have decided..well..since we kinda just met and we don't exactly know alot about each other..I'll be happy to be your girlfriend, but.. We have to take it slow for a while, Alright? "

His head swings up.

His eyes light up, like a child seeing his parents after years of seperation.

" WAIT, ARE YOU SERIOUS?! "

" Yes, I am. Shinichiro."
You crack up and grin.

Shinichiro runs up to you giving you a tight hug.

You stiffen in his imbrace but slowly return it.

He fiddles with his fingers, mumbling.

" Well..Can I call you Y/n then? "

You reach for his hand and brush your thumb against his palm.

" Anything you want, shinichiro"

After agreeing to be his girlfriend.

Shinichiro couldn't keep a goofy grin off his face all the way home.

When he came to the front gate, he jumped clean over it, didn't come close to tripping.
