"The trial to exonerate Kaikane-kun of his convicted charges will now begin," Ichika said, clapping her hands as she looked toward Kaikane, who was sitting on the floor by the coffee table, looking at the floor. He had a red handprint on his face along with a few scratches. "How would the defendant like to plea?"

"No contest."

"No contest? What the hell does that mean?"

"When someone pleads "No contest" it means they declare they are neither innocent nor guilty of their crime." Itsuki said, glaring at Kaikane. "I thought you were a good person, Kaikane-kun, but you are just a perv."

"I am not!"

"Yes, you are! Your honor, Sakamoto, and Uesugi left the apartment shortly after 7:00 PM. Miku was a witness to this and she also witnessed when I stepped into the bathroom. She also saw me leave in nothing but a towel. The defendant, this pervert pretending to be a nice boy,"

"I am not a pervert!"

"Excuse me, this DELINQUENT who runs from the police, came back in for the express purpose to see me naked! Not only that, but he physically assaulted me and deprived me of my freedom!"

"Huh? But I just saw you on top of him. How did he deprive you of your freedom?" Ichika asked in confusion.

"Kaikane stole a pair of his uncle's handcuffs and cuffed himself to Nino so she'd do her work." Miku reiterated, earning a nod from Ichika.

"A little extreme, I'll admit."

"Your honor, it was the only thing that would get her to work. This project means a lot and she wanted to see a movie with her friends. I wouldn't have done it if the window hadn't been so tight." Kaikane said, finally picking up his face. "Also what the hell are you talking about, Ribbons? I came here to grab my 3DS!"

"A very likely story! But you were running from the cops, why should I believe you?" Itsuki snapped, glaring at him.

"Oh come on, Bubbles. Don't do me like this!"

"I had to get bolt cutters to free you and my sister, so from that perspective, I can see you coming back to pull this off!"

"Actually, Itsuki, Kaikane is telling the truth. He and Futarou left some things here. He buzzed me and I let him in. There's a recording of it too, not only that but I sent him our contact information right as I spoke with him." Miku said, holding both her phone and his 3DS in her hand. "See?"

"Oh... Sunshine, I think you're slowly becoming my favorite." Kaikane said, almost to the brink of tears.

"Um excuse me, are you forgetting the sexual assault here?" Nino snapped, glaring at her siblings. "He attacked me!"

"It looked like you were on top of him though, so that means you attacked him."

"I did not, Miku! What the hell?" the long-haired girl cried. Her eyes widened a bit, smirking. "Oh I see, you are defending him because you like him!"

"Eh?"

"No, I don't!" Miku replied, shying back a bit. "You are imagining things!"

"This perv saw me naked! Not only that but he heard me pee! And peeing is a sacred act that no one should bear witness to!"

"So what? That isn't a big deal."

"You might not care about a guy looking at you naked but I do! I'm different!"

"Nino, our bodies are exactly the same. It doesn't matter if he sees you naked, once he sees one of us naked, he's seen all of us naked."

"Sunshine please, you are digging my grave here." the boy sheepishly said.
