A day had passed since the exams, giving The Quints and the Boys an odd day of rest between days. With nothing to study, they had nothing to really do, other than hanging out. It had been such a routine that everyone just hung out at the Nakanos. Futarou of course, kept being the hardass and assisting the girls with teaching, though this was met with resistance. Miku and Yotsuba were the only ones paying attention while the others were playing games or just lazing about.

Ichika had left at noon, leaving four of the five quints, Kaikane and Futarou to their own devices. It was around 3 in the afternoon, the perfect time to take a break. The mushroom-headed boy looked at his cellphone, given that the living room clock was broken and didn't display the correct time. He looked at it, nodding to himself.

"Alright guys, we can finish up for the day. Given that today was meant to be a break day, I'm glad we were able to review a few things here and there."

"I'm just happy you are here, Futarou-kun. Without you, we might have actually failed the test." Yotsuba said.

"We don't know yet though, the scores will be handed out tomorrow, so let's just pray we passed," Miku added, a rather morose tone in her voice.

"Yawn, how boring. How about we do something fun?" Nino asked, earning curious looks from her siblings. Itsuki rose to her feet, having gathered her things.

"I'm hungry."

"When aren't you?" Kaikane cheekily replied, earning a glare from the girl, her cheeks puffed out in annoyance. She brushed her hair over her shoulder, nose held high.

"Ignoring that, I decided to get some take out, sadly this place is pick-up only, so I'll have to go get it. Would anyone like to volunteer?"

"Oh! Futarou-kun should go with you! That way you two can talk and get to know each other more. You have to fix your friendship so why not?" Yotsuba suggested, earning odd looks from the pair. Itsuki scrounged her nose for a bit but sighed in defeat.

"She does have a point, fine, fine. Come, Futarou-kun, the restaurant isn't too far from here. I'll be handling the orders since I'm sure I know my sister's preferences."

"I'm kind of scared, do you have a menu or something I can look at?"

"No, Kaikane-kun, I'll be bringing you a surprise order. Of course, Futarou-kun can get whatever he wants, money is no object," she said, earning a starry-eyed look from the young man.

"You truly mean that? Yes! I'll be eating like King tonight!"

It didn't take long for the pair to put their shoes on, grab their effects and leave out the door. Just like that, the room was thrown into silence, leaving Kaikane alone with the remainder of the Nakano Quints. Not knowing how long they would take, Kaikane stood up, a grin on his face.

"Alright then, while they wait, the four of us can do something to pass the time. How about a game of life?"

"Pass, we've played that so often it's become boring," Nino said, drumming her fingers on her cheek. "Miku, any suggestions?"

"Um... we can play Gang Beasts, we have enough controllers."

"We can't, I lent it to a friend of mine for the weekend and I forgot to ask for it back." Yotsuba sheepishly said. She suddenly gasped, her ribbon standing up straight as an idea flashed across her mind. "I got an idea, I'll be right back!"

Nino watched her go, vague interest on her face. "Wonder what she's up to? I don't really like when she makes that face."

"Something tells me we're in for a surprise," Miku said, shifting her gaze over to Kaikane, a look of curiosity on her face. "So, Kaikane-kun, have you finished your Psychic-type run yet?"
