In my room I was surprised to see Kol sitting on the bed waiting for me.

"You shouldn't even be here. If Nik sees you-"

"I don't care about Nik. I care about how you think of me." He said standing up and I just rolled my eyes.

"I want you gone! Go back to the grave you crawled out of." I said going to walk away, but he grabbed a hold of my hand.

"Rebekah's fine. I promise."

"I can't believe you. You couldn't just do the right thing for once!" I yelled harshly pulling my hand from his.

"I did. I'm on Nik's side you have to believe me."

"I don't owe you anything. Go to hell." I said walking past him and going downstairs to find Marcel on the couch. He was looking at a very bad wolf bite on his neck.

"When did that happen?" I asked sitting across from him taking an apple from the bowl on the coffee table.

"Don't worry about it. I'm fine." He said flatly.

"Alright, so what's all the church bells about?" I asked as another bell rang. They've been going all morning.

"It's Carillon Eve. The locals shroud the eyes of angels so the dead can walk among us for a night without judgment. The bells wake the dead and guide them to eternal rest."  He said and I took a loud bite of an apple.

"That's nice, you know it's nice when people who die stay dead." I said just as Kol joined us in the room.

"So, whether you live or die today, you can join the festivities." Marcel said looking at Kol.

"Oh, Marcel. You're gonna make certain that I live. I'm the only one that knows how to find Rebekah!" Kol said with a sarcastic laugh.

"Marcel, you look hungry. Do us all a favor and drain his body dry." I said and Kol just smirked.

"I'd just find another body, so go ahead sweetheart." He said and I couldn't hold back my anger. I grabbed him by the throat and held him off of the ground and squeezed his throat.

"As soon as you are no use to Nik, your dead and I'm gone. I can't stand to be anywhere near you." I said throwing him at the floor. He had a fit of coughs and Marcel just smirked.

I pulled out my phone and called Klaus, as I walked away.

"Please send me somewhere so I can complete some menial task, so I don't dwell on how much I hate your brother." I said and he couldn't help but laugh.

"You mean your husband?"

"Oh, shut your mouth." I said and he just laughed.

"You can feel free to go keep and eye on Elijah." He said and I sucked my teeth, clearly annoyed.

"I'm very busy hunting Finn, you can either babysit Kol or Elijah, choice is yours. I have to go, love. I will check on you later." Klaus said hanging up the phone.

"That's one hell of a choice. I take it your not too close with Elijah?" Marcel asked and Kol just locked eyes with me, waiting for a response.

"Two points for ease dropper." I said and Marcel just shrugged.
