Millies POV -
Another crash woke me from my once peaceful sleep. As my eyes adjusted to the sun streaming in, I glanced at my alarm. 6:30 AM on a Saturday?! As a loud engine continued to rumble and jazz music rang through my slightly open window, I fell from beneath the covers and stumbled to my window. The first thing that caught my eye was the bright yellow removal lorry that was reversing from the house next door. I was under the impression that it was haunted or perhaps owned by some old bag who never left. But the careless driver in this bright yellow lorry convinced me otherwise. As tables and sofas were removed from the back of the lorry by two men, I watched the driver who had a bushy beard, sweat pouring from his unwashed arm pits and trousers that were so low you might as well have thought it was night time. After gagging at the horrific builders bum, my eyes caught with another pair. Me being me I clumsily retreated from the window in shock and fell over my chair that was stupidly placed in the middle of my room.
Quickly, I crawled back to the window, my eyes peering over the window ledge. There he was. Lazily leaning on the lorry with a Costa coffee cup in one hand and his phone in the other. His hand eagerly tapped away, giving me the chance to look at him properly. He wore a leather jacket and black skinny jeans. His black combat boots were tightly tied but looked slightly worn at the toes. His hair was gelled back at the fringe. I think he was about my age but I can't quite tell when his head is ... OMG HE JUST LOOKED UP! And I fell over again. Just as I slid off my chair for the second time, my phone buzzed.
