"Blue Hour"

The girl felt uneasy as she put the blindfold on the boy's eyes. "Where are you taking me?" "What's with the blindfold?" He added as they walked. She was anxious.

She felt guilty.

Despite feeling that way, she forced herself to not show him what she felt.

"I'm scared!~" He whined and the girl chuckled. "I'm not taking you to somewhere scary."

"I don't believe you." He said making her giggle. "What? Why are you giggling?"

You're so cute.

"Nothing." "Okay, we're almost there."

"Promise me you're not taking me to somewhere scary." He said, pointing his pinky while she's holding his hand.

"I Promise." She said, locking her pinky on his.

"What is this?" "Stairs?" He added as he stopped.

"Yup." "Now take step one at a time." She said as his grip on her hand tighten and took a step.

"Can you just carry me?" He asked
chuckling, which made her chuckle. "If I'm strong enough, I would."

"Are we finally here?" He asked as they got up from the last flight of stairs. "One more step forward." She said so he did. "Where am I? Why is this wiggling?" He asked. "You need to calm down, Chestnut." She said as she got in and closed the door. "You can sit."

"Are you sitting?"

"Yes." She answered and he sat down. Then she removed the blindfold from his eyes, revealing a wonderful view of the city and the sky, it was Golden hour, or sometimes called 'Magic Hour'. She took him to a Ferris wheel. "Surprise."

"Woah, the scenery is so beautiful." "I can see our houses from here."

"Why did you take me here?" He said as she hesitated to answer. "I just wanted to watch the sunset with you..." There was a pause.

..one last time.

"..since it's been a long time we haven't watched the sunset together."

The ride stopped as they went outside and walked around. It was now Blue hour.

"Beomgyu." She said as he hummed in response. "I h-have to go." She said, leaving him confused. "Where?"

"Look, I-i don't have much time left." "You're a-about to wake up."

"W-what do you mean?"

"I'm s-sorry, I have to leave you."

"I love you."

"I didn't get to say 'I love you' back before I left you back then." She said, looking at him with a smile on her face as her eyes filled with tears. "Gyeoul, I-I don't understand."

"Why are you like this?" He asked, his eyes beginning to tear up as he held both of her cold hands. "What's happening to you? I don't want you to leave me."

"I don't want to lose you again."

He added as she cupped his face, her thumb wiping a stray tear falling down his cheek, a gush of wind blowing their hair. "You said you'll always be with me, you promised." He said as he felt hot streaks of tears fall down his cheeks. "I'm sorry..." She said as she wiped the tears on his cheek with her thumb. "..but I can't keep my promise." She said, feeling nothing but sadness and guilt.

"Why do you need to leave?" He asked again, to which she didn't answer. She just smiled at him as tears fall down her cheeks.

"We will meet again, soon."

"I'll be waiting for you, my Chestnut." She said as she stood on her tiptoes, her hand pulling his face closer, planting a soft kiss on his lips.

His eyes slowly opened as he saw a ceiling light and heard beeps of a heart monitor beside him. Where am I? He thought, squinting, the ceiling light dazzling his eyes.

"Uh, hey guys! Beomgyu hyung's finally awake!"

Taehyun?

"Bamgyu hyung!~" "I missed you." Huening Kai added as he went and hugged the boy who was still confused, not believing his eyes, failing to notice a tear falling down the now black-haired boy's cheek. Why am I in a hospital? He wondered.
"Thank goodness you're finally awake." Yeonjun said as he and Soobin entered the room.

"We thought you wouldn't wake up..." "..but you did after three years." Soobin said.

Three years?

"What h-happened?" He asked, looking around the room. "Hyung, you got hit by a car..." Huening Kai answered-more like mumbling, looking at Yeonjun because he was unsure if he should tell him what had happened.

"What's the date today?" He asked again as he saw Soobin checking his phone. "Um, October 26." He answered.

"Where's Yeongwon? Who looked after her while I wasn't around?" He asked. "Oh, Ruri took care of her, also Toto." Taehyun answered.

"What about..." He whispered, trying to speak as he saw the other four tilting their heads.

"G-gyeoul?" He asked as the mood in the atmosphere changed. "How is she?" Beomgyu asked again. The four's joy suddenly dropped just because of the sound of her name. "H-hyung..."

"..don't you remember anything?"
