"Confession"

It was a breezy afternoon of November. The two decided to go outside since the girl wanted to take him to different places. They first went to the park, Gyeoul was smiling at the boy who chased some kids, their soft giggles escaping from their mouths as they ran. "That looks fun." A boy said, watching the other kids play tag with Beomgyu as he went beside the girl who got a little frightened, sighing in relief when she saw it was just a boy around nine or eleven years old. The boy looked familiar to her. "Why don't you join them?" Gyeoul asked the boy as she crouched down to reach his level and noticed what he was holding, making her smile.

It was a Ryan stuff toy.

"I might trip and fall, I'm a bit...clumsy." The boy answered. "What's your name, noona?" He asked. "Is your name 'Nundeongi'? I heard that guy called you that earlier." He added as he pointed the older boy which made the girl chuckle. "My name's Gyeoul, 'Nundeongi' is my nickname." She answered as the boy let out a soft 'oh'. "How about you? What's your name?"

"My name's Rowoon."

"But my sister calls me 'Woonie'." Rowoon added, a bright smile on his face when he mentioned his older sister. "Where's your sister?" Gyeoul asked the boy, his smile slowly disappearing. "Noona isn't with me right now. She's somewhere else." Rowoon answered as he looked at the ground, playing with his stuff toy's tiny tail. "Who are you with?" She asked, worried that the boy might be lost. "I'm with my mom, she's over there." He answered as he pointed where his mom was. "Nundeongi!" Beomgyu called while giving one of the kids a piggyback ride as Gyeoul saw the kids jumping with their arms up. "Help." He mouthed, making the girl giggle while the kids kept jumping around him. "Let's go?" She asked Rowoon as she looked down and saw the boy had left, leaving her confused. She looked around for the boy but failed.

"Hey, you okay?" Beomgyu asked as he went to the girl who nodded in response. "I was just looking for the kid I was talking to, he suddenly left." Gyeoul said. "Maybe he got shy after talking to you." He said as he chuckled. "Maybe."

"I was calling you for help, I couldn't carry or give all of them a piggyback ride!" The boy ranted as she giggled at his words. "Good thing their parents called them." He added as he pretended to wipe the sweat off his forehead.
"You enjoyed it though." Gyeoul said as he nodded in response. "I honestly thought you'll make the kids cry but thankfully you didn't." She added, laughing at the boy who pouted at her words. "I almost made one of them cry though, that's why I gave him a piggyback ride." Beomgyu said as he messed the girl's hair. "Come on, let's walk around." Gyeoul said as they went and walked around, their hands intertwined. They passed by an ice cream parlor, making the girl smile to herself as she remembered a certain memory.

It was now six pm, the sky was now indigo, and both of them just finished practicing. They talked about the time Gyeoul almost cooked Yeongwon because she didn't see her laying on the black stove. "Good thing you saw her eyes." Beomgyu said as they walked along the hallways. "Yeah, or else Yeongwon would've been burnt to ashes." The girl said as she face palmed, slightly shaking her head, making the boy chuckle. "What does Toto do when he's hungry?" She asked. "He'll ask for food, and if you don't give him what he wants, he screams. Whenever he sees food, even when he's not hungry, he'll ask you for it." "My mom would scold him when he screams so he would stop for five minutes, then start screaming again." The boy added with a bit of an annoyed tone, making her giggle. "I think Yeongwon and Toto would get along when it comes to food." Gyeoul said as they giggled. "Sigh, the festival's finally tomorrow."

"Yeah, I'm gonna miss practicing." She said, a small smile on her face while the boy nodded in agreement. "Did you invite someone to watch the festival?" He asked as the girl nodded. "I invited Yeoreum, she told me she'll be watching the festival with her older cousin." Gyeoul answered. "How about you? Did you invite someone?" The short-haired girl asked as he hummed in response. "I invited Ruri and she's bringing a friend with her." Beomgyu answered, the black-haired girl letting out a soft 'oh'. "You're not gonna invite Hyuka and the others?" Gyeoul asked, a bit curious. "I did invite them, but Huening and Taehyun said they're busy. Soobin hyung's finishing his school project while Yeonjun hyung has dance class." He answered, the girl nodding in understanding."They don't love me anymore~" The boy jokingly said as he fake cried, making the girl giggle.
