『7️⃣』:: splashes of water

The both has talked for a few minutes, about fifteen to say so the least. Eventually, a country called ASEAN to check on him—Vietnam, who was just out adding even more flowers around the area. Putting down the now-empty basket she was holding, she approached the organization.

"ASEAN? Who are you talking to?"

The organization just smiled in response, before turning back to the phone, "It's much better to cut our conversation there, Uni. There's still more things I need to do around here."

The other line spoke, "Sure! Was that Vietnam?"

"Yeah, overprotective members as always," he muttered, in which Vietnam glared at him by that comment. He eventually clarified quickly, "I mean it's not that bad, it's just weird enough for me, as someone who is supposed to be protecting them you know, I- yeah."

"Watch your mouth," the other chuckled, and eventually turned the conversation around to the country present within the range. "Vietnam, do you have a moment before I cut off?"

She walked a few steps closer to the organization then started to answer. "Sure! What is it sir?"

"There's an envelope there that was given by NATO the other year," the other line said casually. "He saw it while he and his companions were digging nearby there, it was supposed to be a time capsule type of thing? The only instruction was literally just 'Give this to the Southeast Asian organization' if they're still around, and really nothing else. It's on EU's hands right now."

ASEAN wasn't really paying that much attention to the conversation around this time and was phased out towards his surroundings. This made Vietnam intrigued and asked further, "Who wrote it, sir?"

"We do not know, but it is a gold envelope so it did have a little resemblance. The instructions pinned with was he should open it alone, a little suspicious if you ask me."

This was when the regional organization started speaking again, whilst still being a quarter-distracted. He shook his head, "Why didn't you give- tell me about this sooner?"

"Do you think I would give it to you out of nowhere? Besides, I think the sender would like to give it to you when you turn half-a-century instead as it literally says 'open it when ASEAN exists' or whatever."

ASEAN was left speechless. This was when he come to realize, that sounds familiar... Yeah no, that dream was only just a coincidence! No way, no way it's happening right now? He wasn't able to open the envelope as his sleeping habits are the worst, there's no way it's the same way.

But at this point, he knows that anything can literally happen. If it actually is the exact one he has envisioned in his dream, the world is just a full circle and he would hate it forever. Nah, he's just exaggerating, life is greatn't.

Was that the reason why the EU spent about how many hours of his life to get here anyway?

Vietnam looked at the other for a second, but eventually turned back to the screen. "We'll take note! Need to have a chit chat with the EU later on anyway."

"Alright-ty then! Happy anniversary and I hope you enjoy your day."

"Will do!"

The call ended with the other line.

Thailand, who was holding a bucket of unknown plastic things, looking over at the two by the bean bag and waved at them before asking. "Overheard the thing. What happened? Why did they send an envelope?"

"It's- I don't even know," Viet stuttered, as she fixes the hat she was wearing on her head. "None of us had!"

ASEAN decided to speak in a low volume, "I had a dream last night, I don't know... I have a feeling it's connected to everything regarding that envelope for some reason."
