Founders Party

Serena's POV

It's been twenty two days since Damon killed the foot-ball coach/ history teacher. Needless to say I gave him a lecture. Dakota still wants to kill Elena, who is now dating Stefan. Honestly, why are our brothers such idiots? Either way I think I have a perfect scape goat for kidnapping Elena. Just need to find a way to contact them. But first I want to know why Damon is really here.

Currently he's at Caroline's compelling her into taking him to the Founders day Party at the Lockwood house. Dakota and I are going together. We didn't go to the first one as she had been sick and I had to look after her. So only our father and brothers names are on the registry.

"I can't believe you're making me go to this party" Dakota says as she enters my room in a towel. She starts to go through my wardrobe.

"We are members of the founding families" I remind her. "I thought you'd want to go" I state. "What are you doing?" I ask her.

"Looking for your purple dress, none of mine seem appropriate" she states. "Ah here it is" she says taking it out of the wardrobe. "So where are our twins?" she asks me.

"Like you have to ask" I tell her and she rolls her eyes.

"Whatever, when do we have to leave?" she asks me.

"In an hour" I answer.

"Perfect, see you then" she says before heading for the door. "Thanks for the dress" she adds before leaving. I go choose a ivory dress to wear and start to get ready. When I hear a commotion downstairs. I go down to see Damon choking Zach as Stefan arrived home.

"What's going on?" we ask them. Damon drops Zach.

"Having a family moment Serena, Stefan. Spending some quality time" Damon tells us.

"You need to get ready" I tell him. He nods his head and we go upstairs leaving Stefan with Zach. I return to my room and decide to have a shower.

(Time skip) Dakota's POV

Serena and I arrived at the Lockwood mansion together. We're greeted by the Lockwoods. "Hello, welcome" Mrs Lockwood says.

"Who are you?" Mayor Lockwood asks curious.

"That's Dakota Salvatore" Tyler tells him nodding to me.

"This is my older sister Serena, our brothers should be arriving soon with their dates" I tell them smiling.

"Well come on in, enjoy the party dears" Mrs Lockwood tells us. We enter the mansion.

"You have a lovely home Mrs Lockwood" Serena tells her.

"Thank you" she says. We leave them and I notice Tyler slip away with Vicki Donovan. But ignoe it as Serena and I go mingle. Damon soon arrives with Caroline. Who left him to go talk to her mother, the sheriff.

"Really Damon, you couldn't find an adult to be your date?" Serena asks as we join him. Giving him a glass of champagne.

"What can I say?" he says shrugging. "You girls having fun?" he asks us.

"Not really" I tell him bored.

"Why don't we go look at the registry?" Serena suggests.

"I'd rather dance, where's Stefan?" I ask Damon.

"With Elena, I'm sure he'd love to dance" Damon tells me.

"He is a good dancer and we haven't danced together in years" I states.

"You should ask him" Damon tells me.

"He's by the registry with Elena" Serena tells us. "You guys have fun" she tells us and leaves. We go over to Stefan and Elena.
