Chapter 5🌻

Pope's P.O.V
Alyssa came over crying so right now we're standing outside until she's ready to go in. "We can go in now" Alyssa says wiping her tears. "Are you sure" I ask. "Yea" Alyssa says and we walk in and my parents hug her. "Hey Mr and Mrs. Hayward" Alyssa says. "Alyssa you'll be staying in my room with me" I say. "Ok" Alyssa says. "JJ will be here with your stuff in a little bit" I say. "Ok" Alyssa says. "Honey are you hungry we're making clam jambalaya" My mom says. "I think I'm just gonna sit in Popes room" Alyssa says. "Are you sure" my dad asks. "Yea I'm sure" Alyssa says and I walk her to my room. Then she pulls out her flask. "Alyssa" I say. "Are you drunk" I ask. "It's ok" Alyssa says. "I'm gonna get you some food when it's ready" I say.
Alyssa's P.O.V
"My life is a mess I try to act ok when I'm really not Pope" I say. "I know I know and I'm so sorry but let's eat please" Pope says. "Fine" I say and he helps me downstairs. My phone has been going off and I have been ignoring it. "Honey don't you want to answer those" Mrs.Hayward says. "No it's either John B or Topper or JJ" I say. "What if it's important" Pope says. "It's fine" I say. "Just because they all broke your heart Alyssa doesn't mean it's fine and that's ok" Pope says. I hug Pope and Mrs.Hayward walks back into the kitchen.
John B's P.O.V
Alyssa isn't answering any of our phone calls. "Has she answered any of you" JJ says getting mad. "No JJ but she's with Topper" Sarah says. "I didn't ask you kook" JJ says. "Hey man not cool" I say. "I don't care" JJ says. "Yes hello Omg thank god you answer are you ok" Kie says. "Ok ok good where are you JJ is worried" Kie says. "She's at Popes" Kie says covering her mic. "Ok Alyssa I'll talk to you later" Kie says and hangs up. "Let's go" JJ says going to the van.
Kie's P.O.V
We get in the van and drive to Pope's. When we get to Popes we knock. Pope answers. "What are you guys doing here and why'd you bring Sarah" Pope whisper yells. "We came to see Alyssa" I say. "No offense but she doesn't want to see you guys right now" Pope says. "Wait what" JJ tears up. "No come on man please" John B says. "Fine kie JJ come in" Pope says. JJ and I walk in. "What about me" John B says. "Nah man sorry" Pope says and closes the door. Alyssa see JJ and hugs him and starts crying. "I saw toppers mom" Alyssa says crying harder. JJ hugs Alyssa tight. I hug Alyssa and she hugs me back. "We'll figure it out ok but my parents want to talk to you and JJ" Kie says. "Pope Alyssa dinner-" Mrs.Hayward starts to say. "Kie JJ when did you get here" Mrs.Hayward says. "A couple minutes ago ma'am we were looking for Alyssa" I say.
JJ's P.O.V
We get to Popes and Alyssa says she saw toppers mom. "Are you guys hungry" Mrs.Hayward asks. "No ma'am" I say. "No thank you though" Kie says. "Alyssa are you sure your not hungry" Mrs.Hayward says. "No I'm ok" Alyssa says. "You said you'd eat" Pope says worried. "I'm not hungry" Alyssa says. "You've been saying that since you left the hospital this moring" Pope says. "I know I know" Alyssa says. "Please eat" I say. "I'm really not hungry J" Alyssa says. "Ok let's just go" I say. "How'd you get here" Alyssa asks. "John B" Kie says. "Oh ok let's just go" Alyssa says. "Pope can I use a hoodie" Alyssa asks. "Of course Pope says.
Alyssa's P.O.V
I walk to Popes room and grab one of his hoodies and his hat I was wearing. I walk downstairs and we walk to the van and I see Sarah. "Yea I'm walking" I say. "Just get in the van" John B says. "Shut the fuck up" I say. "Is she drunk" JJ asks. Pope nods his head yes. "Flower get in the van" JJ says trying to grab my hand. "Nah fuck this" I say I putting my hands up the same level of my shoulders. "Alyssa please" Pope says walking closer to me but I back up. "Stop being difficult" Sarah says. "You shut the fuck up I don't fucking like you, you ruined my life multiple fucking times and guess what now I gotta act ok all the fucking time and I can't fucking do it anymore but guess what I have to so just the fuck up" I say slurring and pointing at Sarah and everyone has tears in there eyes and I walk off.
Sarah's P.O.V
I never knew Alyssa felt like that. I get out of the van and run and hug Alyssa. "I'm so sorry" I say. "I'm fine it's fine it's whatever" Alyssa says trying not to cry. "No I feel terrible" I say. "Really it's ok" Alyssa says. "Let's just go to the van" Alyssa says and walks to the van and gets in and sits next to Pope. I get in the front and it's quiet.
Pope's P.O.V
Alyssa sits next to me and lays her head on my shoulder. "Are you ok" I whisper. "Yea" Alyssa says. Then Alyssa silently start crying and JJ, Kie and I all hug Alyssa. "It's ok Flower" JJ Whispers. "I just want to be ok" Alyssa whispers. "Is everything ok back there" John B asks. "Yea everything is amazing" Alyssa says sarcastically and takes her flask out and chugs I'm guessing vodka. "Alyssa I get I fucked up and I'm sorry but no need for the fucking attitude" John B says. "Just fuck off" Alyssa says. We get to kies parents house walk inside and I see Alyssa and JJ's dad.
Alyssa's P.O.V
I try acting sober and Pope and JJ hold my hands to try to keep me walking in a straight line. "Hey Mr. and Mrs. Carrera" JJ says. "Hello you guys" Mrs.Carrera says. "Alyssa honey you look beautiful" Mrs.Carrera says and we hug. "Thank you" I say and smile since my mom died Mrs.Carrera was like my mom. Then I see my dad. "W-why's he here" I say.
