"So... Ms. Rieper, am I right?"

"Y-Yes."

The interviewer was looking at your résumé as he took a glance of you, you were showing nervous smile. It wasn't your first time being interviewed.

In fact, you had been struggling to get a decent job for years. Working hard in multiple part-time jobs for a living, and to support your son's needs.

You had many chances, but these guys won't give you one, you thought. But you weren't angry because of it, you balmed yourself for getting into a different life.

"I am impressed by your achievements, Ms. (YN) Rieper..."

"Impressed? I barely had finish college. I think I know where this is going."

"...but I'm afraid that you didn't meet the requirements to get this job."

"I knew it."

You let out a unnoticeable sigh, followed by his.

He looked at the papers once again, checking before he closed the folder.

You gulped as you stared at the interviewer, he clasped his hands together as he looked back.

"Your age, and the school you graduated on," He shook his head. "You should be at least five years younger. And unfortunately, we only hire people from the best universities."

Yeah, you're twenty-six years old, and only graduated from a not-so-popular college.

And also, you're keeping a few secrets that you would never tell to anyone except for a few. That's why they couldn't hire you.

You had been hating your destiny since, you thought having a different life would be fun. But it filled your body with doubts, regrets, and fears, giving you nightmares every night, hearing those voices.

"So, any other questions?"

"No, sir."

"Well, thank you for coming in today and we'll contact you as soon as possible just in case there is another job in our company that suits you, if you're interested." He said a he smiled, standing up.

"Thank you so much for your time, sir." You said as he offered you a handshake, and you immediately accepted.

Seconds after, you turned around as you started walking towards the door.

The interviewer, without even realizing, starts checking you out.

With an estimated height of 5'8, a small waist with wide hips that could be clearly seen in your business attire.

A hourglass figure that rivals even the most attractive models, he described as he gulped.

He defined you as perfect.

How couldn't be? No man can resist staring at the elegant figures, unless those figures steals their money.

(A simple definition of a simp, I guess.)

Then, one thing suddenly came into his mind.

"Ms. Rieper." He called you as you turned around.

And then he saw your face.

Your eyes and your lips, it was the most appealing for him.

"Yes?" You said.

"How come I didn't take a good look at her face before? I guess I'm too focused on the interview."
