"Ms. Rieper, you have been called to the CEO's office immediately."It had been a week, and the salary was much higher than I expected. Considering the company's struggle to get bigger.
And they needed some strategists, and I am confident to be picked by them. But I wasn't ready yet because I still had to study the likes of the people from toddlers to old ones, and also the marketing.
I was only a booking agent for all the existing celebrities in the company, it's really hard work since the actors were included too.
Still, I'd help some workers here and learn from them, mostly the publicists.
And then, I started getting attention from the higher ranks here, it was a little uncomfortable because I felt as if I was being watched.
Now, the CEO needed me to come into his office, I am fucking nervous.
I saw his assistant walked past me as she went outside the office, must be buying a coffee and a donut for the boss. I know, it's a simple guess but works in almost every workplaces.
What was I thinking again? I was being curious and observant again as always. It had been some sort of natural habit in me since I was a kid.
Just relax and focus on your task, (YN). . .
. . .But what if the CEO's gonna fire me?
. . .
*KNOCK KNOCK*
"Come in." You heard a voice, as you followed his command.
Opening the door, you saw a man in his 50's, knowing that he's the CEO since he was the only man in the office.
Both of you stared at each other as he raised a brow, he coughed awkwardly as he spoke first. "Uh, sorry. But if you have any complains about the audition, I think you're early. The audition will start at 11:00 AM."
"U-Uhm, Sir?" You furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. You didn't know what he was talking about.
"Huh?" He stared at you for a moment and widened his eyes a little bit. "O-Oh! Sorry, you're the woman I was calling for, am I right?"
"Yes, I am." You replied.
"Please, sit." He gestured as he looked as his papers, you then sat at the couch.
"So, Ms. (YN) Rieper, am I right?"
"Yes."
He took a glance of you and stared at his papers again, you started to overthink about what's going to happen next.
JYP's POV:
This woman, I'm not sure about it, but she's. . .
"So, your co-workers told me about what you were doing back there." I uttered as I put my papers down.
. . . She's more beautiful than I expected, she'd be a superstar now but I wonder why she's not.
If she likes it, I could make her one of them, no doubt she'll be popular in no time. She could get this company bigger.
"I-Is that a warning, sir?" She asked as I smiled and sighed, she's an anxious one.
"No, no, definitely the opposite." I shook my head. She got my attention days ago, since I fired the former booking agents for their tardiness and breaking the rules several times. She's the only booking agent left, yet she was handling her job very well.
"I heard you started just this week and it seems your performance is good." And she's fluent in Korean too.
"Well, I'm still learning." She said it proudly, she's confident at her abilities. And I believed at her phrase. What if she had learn everything already?
