After years of relentless procrastination and abandoning of half-finished works, at long last I've succeeded in pulling myself together to write Beautiful People. This idea hit me when I was in the metro train, and a badass looking chap with tattoo all over his exposed skin gave his seat up immediately to an old lady when she entered; his wide smile embroiled deep in my mind and I can't seem to erase at all throughout my journey.
It hit me like a cannonball: Everybody is beautiful.
As always, all characters are fictitious (exclusive of Evan Evans, who I have guiltily created as an alter image of myself; though not an exact duplicate but someone I wished I'd become), and all works, terminologies, sport teams, schools, and whatsoever are all fabricated (aside from John Green and The Fault In Our Stars. They are REAL). I would really like to dedicate this story not just to my family and friends, but to John Green as well, giving me the greatest inspiration and motivation to believe in the wonderful things I never thought I would believe in.
I genuinely hope you'll enjoy my very first book as much as I do writing it for you (Who am I kidding, you'll definitely love it!). Feel free to comment, vote, PM or fan me–I'm ultra friendly, and I absolutely would loath the fact that I can't chat with other Beautiful People like yourself!
Stay Gold and Beautiful, always.
