We later arrive at the restaurant and I sat beside Damian whilst Alex and Abi sat opposite us. There was a place beside Alex for Jake, when he arrived that is. Jake told us he was on his way since he had a short day. He said how he would go home and change first since he wasn't entirely dressed for a night out.

We had ordered drinks and ordered for Jake too. Damian and Alex decided to get him a beer. I swear, these guys must love beer. I ordered fanta because we were going to the club after so I could order some drinks there. Abigail ordered some water.

Jake soon came at the same time our drinks came. Talk about just in time! "Oh, hey. What's up?" Jake greets Alex. He then looks to Abigail. "Um, who's this?" he asks. Wow, Alex really kept Abigail a secret!

"This is my fiancée, Abigail," Alex replied casually.

"You're getting married? Damn, Alex. You've changed a lot," Jake comments, smiling at Abigail and saying a quick hello.

"Well, you know, Abi's worth changing for." Abi went red at his comment and my heart melted. That was just the cutest thing I've ever heard. I wish one day I find love like that. I mean, obviously my own love story but still. Love. It would be nice for someone to love me and for me to love someone. Eh, I guess I'm a sucker for love.

"Oh, shut up Alex." Abi said playfully, slapping him on the chest too. We all say cheers, for some reason, and drink our drinks. Soon enough, the waiter was back and taking our orders. After about ten minutes of chatting and waiting, our food came. Quick service, woohoo.

I had a mouthful of my food when Jake decided to ask me a question. Can't he see my mouth is full? He knows I don't like answering or talking with my mouth full. Besides, it's rude to talk with your mouth full of food. No one wants to see what is inside your mouth! "So, how was your day, Kylie?" I hold up a finger indicating for him to give me a minute. He patiently waited and stuffed his face with some food too. Luckily, everyone else was engrossed in conversation so it wasn't that awkward moment where everyone stared at you waiting for you to finish your food. I've been in that situation way too many times to count.

"My day was pretty alright, how about yours? Good day of hard work?" I tease, making him narrow his eyes at me and kick my feet from under the table. I gasp and glare at him, kicking him twice as hard.

After I kicked him, he decided to answer. "It was actually quite busy." I went back to eating my food and we all engaged in small chat, without mouthfuls of food. Soon enough, we were all heading off to the club even though Jake had protested me coming. Well, talk about not wanting your sister there cramping your style!

"I'll only drink a little," I tell him for the billionth time.

"I don't want you drunk! There's drunk guys everywhere and I don't need to see them touching my sister up!" Well, I wasn't going to let that happen. No thank you.

"I'll keep an eye on her," Damian offers, shrugging his shoulders as if it was nothing.

"Are you sure? I mean, I can do it. You should go have fun, do what you do best." Damian laughed and said he might just take a break from what he does best which shocked Jake, but he masked his shock pretty well.

"I will be there too." Abi looks to me and smiles. "You know, us girls need to stick together."

"Yeah, exactly." I stick my tongue out at Jake and he rolls his eyes at my childish behaviour. What can I say, if he's going to treat me like one maybe I should act like one, right? We soon arrive at the club and it wasn't as packed as I thought it would be but there was still a fair amount of people there. Drunk people, actually.
